Great customer service, I had to correct flight details I entered wrong, they helped get them corrected very quickly.

We always use FHR to book our airport parking. Realised at the weekend I'd put the wrong vehicle details in for a recent booking and needed to change them. From my initial please help email, to the very helpful replies, it was an easy process. The advisor that helped, Ceri, was quick to reply and kept me informed. 5 stars indeed!

I’ve been using FHR for airport meet and greet for a few years and they’ve never let me down. Twice I’ve had to change my booking and they’ve always been quick to come back and make the changes free of charge, I even had a refund on one change to a different day. They’re always there within 20 mins and definitely cheaper than other operators.

I asked customer services to change the car details on my airport parking booking. Chloe did this for me in a friendly and efficient manner by way of email.
