I have booked with FHR many times and have always found them to be both price competitive and very helpful when issues occur. The vast majority of my airport parking bookings are made through FHR and have been for many years. I have, in the past had to cancel a holiday and the parking booking has been added as a credit to reuse at a later date, which was most helpful. Today I had accidentally made an error when booking and this was dealt with promptly, in a very friendly and helpful manner.

I had my holiday cancelled by my tour operator. When I contacted FHR regarding my airport car parking, they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. I was told I could get a full refund and was emailed a link to do so.
Chloe was especially helpful and replied to my emails instantly.

I’ve used BookFHR many times over the past 10 years, I always find their prices to be competitive, and I trust them to help on the rare occasion where things go wrong. Just recently, I realised I’d booked for the wrong departure date, they were able to add an extra day for an almost trivial additional cost and no fuss. Everything was sorted within a couple of hours of me enquiring. I’ll keep going back to them for this service.
