Made my booking a couple of weeks ago which was straight forward, had a query yesterday which I submitted and Chloe contacted me today and answered my query.

We needed to add an extra night to our booking and customer services helped to do this without issue very helpful and quick service

I used meet and greet Heathrow parking. Whilst they were timely in meeting me, both on arrival and car return, I have not been able to locate a Jack Wolfskin men’s coat which had been left in the car. The coat was in the car at drop-off but missing thereafter. I alerted the company a couple days later as at the time of pickup I was packing luggage and managing my two year old. I contacted the company requesting this to be investigated and I was met with a couple of dismissive emails. Do not leave anything in your car if you choose to use this company.

I had to change my vehicle last minute and FHR dealt with quickly, no charge. Very impressed.

Best price I was able to find online at the time of booking. Unfortunately I have had to cancel the parking as our holiday has been cancelled owing to the conflict at our travel destination, so can't comment on the parking facilities themselves, but the customer service from the team at FHR was spot on, they cancelled by booking without any issue & have authorised a full refund.
