The design of the bathroom was just what we wanted and our fitters, Dan and Steve, were great. They worked non-stop and were very respectful in our home. They’ve done an incredible job and we are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom.

A fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. Jack was the marvel behind this! He has been the ultimate professional throughout. He listened to our wish list and our needs designing a great vision then showing us options from a great variety in the showroom. Once we decided, he then made sure everything was put in place. Dates and timescales were agreed and the transformation began. Jack was always available if there was any issue, problem or change which was extremely reassuring. Project management at its best.

Fantastic Service from Blaydon Bathrooms
Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! Jack's design was spot on - stylish, practical, and exactly what we were hoping for. Paul and Joe did an amazing job with the installation - professional, tidy, and finished everything to a high standard. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms!

As of today we are now the proud “ owners” of an absolutely beautiful modern classy bathroom. From the beginning to the end everyone who has been involved in the fitting of our new bathroom have been so professional friendly and very helpful and first class in every way in carrying out their job. You give them your likes dislikes colour schemes etc and then they design the bathroom around that. In our case we wanted a walk in shower and materials that are low maintenance easy to look after as we are not as mobile as we used to be. Jack designed the bathroom and there was not one thing that I changed I loved the materials and the design that he had created It has took 9 days to complete. The two lads who fitted it were brilliant , working extremely hard and very efficiently. They never stopped. Paul and his brother Joe “ The A Team”. Not one complaint or moan from them. Well not that I heard. The materials used were of the highest quality and no shortcuts taken. I absolutely love my new bathroom and I am ( and my husband too) one very happy customer and would have no hesitation in recommending Blaydon Bathrooms to anyone. Thank you so much and also for the lovely flowers and beers from you thanking us for picking you. Very much appreciated. Thanks Jack and the rest of the team and also thanks again to Paul and Joe and their extremely hard work too.

From the planning to the installation first class service and fantastic team. Lots of inspiration in the show room with a lot of choice for everyone’s taste. Jack was great with the planning and was always patient when we altered some of the fixtures and fittings. The installation team Dan & Steve were on time, professional and approachable, working hard in hot conditions during the very warm weather. They cleaned up every day and answered any queries we had. One of the owners Kevin visited during the week to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing . A few days after completion we had a visit from Jack to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with our new bathroom.
We are delighted with our new look bathroom and would recommend Blaydon bathrooms to anyone who is looking to upgrade and update

We are absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom! We were looked after by Jack, who is an absolute superstar!! Steph came out to measure up, then we had a walk around the showroom to give Jack an idea of what sort of things we liked, then he presented us with the design. It was stunning! There is plenty of choice, but not too much, which can be overwhelming. They had exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We had the two Kevs as are fitters and they, together with Jack are a credit to the company. A special shout out to Big Kev for all of the work he put into it. He too is a superstar. Excellent at what he does, extremely knowledgeable, and is a pleasure to be around. He got on so well with our two kids too, and they have even said how much they miss him! The standard of work from everyone involved in our bathroom project was superb. The twin tilers and Kieran worked non stop to get our complicated tiling done in a day. The electricians, the plasterer Sean and the painter Craig were also super speedy, good craic and of an excellent standard.

We are so grateful for the efforts of the whole team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms. Extra special thanks to Jack and Big Kev for all that they did and for taking such good care of everything. We really are extremely grateful. Julie & Chris

Wow where do I start? We are so happy with everything from Jack and the planning to Dan and Steven the fitters and everyone in between we honestly can’t thank you all enough. The process was so easy and Jack made 100% sure we were happy even when we decided to give them more than just a bathroom to do. Dan and Steven were amazing making sure we were ok and tidying up every day. They took 2 weeks to complete. When the work was completed took us round what had been done and made sure we were happy. It’s not often I am quiet however I just can’t put into words how happy we are. Thank you so much…always a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea for you lol… Massive thank you again Kevin and Vicky x

I decided on Blaydon Bathrooms as the company I wanted to refit my old and tired bathroom, based entirely on their Instagram profile and reels. They did not disappoint.
From the very outset, the staff, in particular Nina, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me for quite some time until the design was just right for me. The support they gave during the whole process was first class. Their design and product range was absolutely brilliant and the fitters from NBS Bathrooms were also excellent. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish, great design, great fitters and great aftercare.
A spotlight recently went out and was replaced immediately

Great design at a sensible price.

Installation was conducted professionally, with a great team and excellent attention to detail.

We chose Blaydon Bathrooms following a family recommendation and we were not dissapointed from the design which exceeded our expectations to the wonderful installation by Paul and his team. All the staff at Blaydon Bathrooms were helpful explaining any queries we had from start to finish. We are over the moon with the result.

Blaydon Bathrooms
I would defiantly recommend without any hesitation or doubt!
The sheer efficiency, skilled workmanship, punctuality and hard work of the Team has been beyond anything we could have hoped for. We were looking for a high quality finish and we got more than this. Nina supported us throughout this project and it was seamless from start to finish. The team who carried out all works were highly skilled, experienced knowledgeable and respectful.
Our Blaydon Bathroom is more than we ever hoped for and we certainly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an efficient, timeless high quality service and finish
Thankyou

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom.
Wasn't entirely sure what we wanted, when first looking at new bathrooms, but Nina was an excellent help in offering advice & suggestions. Was brilliant to see our design via computer design, prior to agreeing.
The fitters were very respectful of our home, we were a bit apprehensive about workmen being in & out of the house, especially during the damp weather, but they covered all carpets & flooring prior to commencing the work, & cleaned up each day.
Our only criticism was we felt the work could have been finished earlier, especially being very close to Christmas. The fitters appeared to have a very heavy work load & some work days were sporadic with attendance.
However, the finished product was everything we wanted & for that I would still highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms.

My partner and I highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms following our recent experience. Nina in the showroom was fantastic at helping us pick out our perfect bathroom and guide us through the stages, what to expect, and talking us through the design that Gemma had produced for us - all of which was first class. The tiles we had specified during the design were no longer available by the time the install was about to start but David found a much better replacement at the last minute. Matty and Nick were brilliant throughout the installation and accommodated everything we needed. The new bathroom is better than we could have imagined!

11/10 to this company. From the moment we entered the showroom we were provided with a warm friendly and professional service. Jack could not have been more helpful and we were given time to look around the showroom without being pestered. Jack then spent time explaining the products and was very knowledgeable. His designs were ideal for what we required. Dan the fitter arrived on time, and like Jack, was very professional. We altered a few things during fitting and it did not pose a problem for Jack or Dan. The best bit of all was the finished product. We are thrilled with it. Thank you so much to Blaydon Bathrooms, Jack and Dan. I could not recommend this firm enough. It is so nice to deal with people who do exactly what they say they will do.

If I could I would give this company 11/10
From the first minute Blaydon bathrooms make you feel at ease. The process went like clockwork, from initial meeting, to choosing the product, the fitting and final payment.
The fitter (Kevin, Kevin the helper) and the twin tilers were professional and respectful of their surroundings. Their job was exceptional and very tidy. The salesman (jack) went above and beyond his job title, so very impressed by him Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Kev - I would recommend Blaydon Bathrooms the quality of materials used and the care throughout whilst a few niggles were identified during the overall process, Connor and the guys were approachable and in essence couldn't do more to help or answer any questions we had during install. Any issues I was advised to call and Jack (showroom) said you know where we are if you need any assistance, which is top drawer.
