Kev - I would recommend Blaydon Bathrooms the quality of materials used and the care throughout whilst a few niggles were identified during the overall process, Connor and the guys were approachable and in essence couldn't do more to help or answer any questions we had during install. Any issues I was advised to call and Jack (showroom) said you know where we are if you need any assistance, which is top drawer.

I would certainly recommend Blaydon bathrooms, nothing was a problem from first consultation to finished product, bathroom is beautiful and products first class, well done to Blanton bathrooms

From planning to finishing ,the service from blaydon bathrooms was exceptional.after care service is pretty good as well.Jack from the showroom keeps in touch to see if everything is to my satisfaction.Which it is.Paul and his team were friendly helpful and are at the other end of phone if I need advice .

Great customer service, with very friendly and helpful staff. Jack from the showroom was amazing, with good communication and always happy to help with anything, however small. The designers were great and we love how the new bathroom looks. The fitter, Connor, did a great job and although the job took longer than expected (due to issues specific to our property), it was done to a very high standard and we are incredibly pleased with the whole process and finished product. Thank you all!

I was impressed from the start with the service from BB, Andrew in the showroom was great and changed bits of the design I requested and was not pushy about a sale. The fitters, Ian and Paul were great, did a very professional job and dealt with all my little issues well. Ian kept in regular contact, even when he finishes his parts of the job, checking all was going well and smoothly and advising where needed. Anthony did a wonderful job and Dave was in regular contact and had a great manner, always reassuring me. I love the finished bathroom, wasn't simple and lots of hiccups but great service in general. Thank you, highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! My bathroom has gone from looking like it belongs in beamish to now being 5* hotel luxury. From the initial meeting with Jack and deciding what bits I liked and didn’t, to even changing my mind about the colour of brass ware at the last minute, nothing was ever a bother! The fitters were fabulous too, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing experience from start to finish and I’d highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms to everyone. Thank you so much I absolutely love my bathroom now!

Excellent consultation from start to finish.
Andrew listened to my ideas and recommended the ideal bathroom for my needs. Nothing was a bother at all.
The whole process went smoothly with excellent communication between Blaydon bathrooms and myself. It was a stress free experience and I can’t thank them enough.
The instillation was done in a timely manner without any problems. Paul the installer was on time, courteous and tidied up at the end of each day. He was respectful of my property and has done an excellent job, I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Blaydon bathrooms .

We had our family bathroom designed and installed by Blaydon Bathrooms just over 2 years ago and were so impressed with the service that we didn’t need to think twice about where to go for the downstairs cloakroom.
The service from the first meeting with Kevin in the showroom to the end result has been outstanding. Our fitters, Kev and Kev were excellent, so efficient, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Kev installed our bathroom so we were delighted that he was back for this job.
We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out and always recommend Blaydon Bathrooms to anyone looking for a high end, quality bathroom/cloakroom

So happy with my new bathroom, it’s beautiful. I got a few quotes but went with Blaydon as they came up with a great design and took the whole thing off my hands. When I visited the showroom Jack was totally amenable to the changes I wanted and was very patient. The fitters, Ian and Paul were first class - nought was a bother and they were very patient with all my questions. They were also very tidy and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms.

Great process from start to finish and kev the fitter was absolutely fantastic. The fit took just over a week, from ripping our bathroom out to finishing and the rubbish being taken away, and we were able to give kev a key so that there was no impact on us at all.

Love my new bathroom and downstairs w.c. Jack designed bathroom perfectly and it was installed by Adam with help of Dave. They did an excellent job and were extremely tidy and sorted any problems straight away.

Really pleased with our newly refurbished en-suite. Highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms for the service they provided. Top quality products and attention to detail from fitters was outstanding. Communication was brilliant and any issues dealt with immediately. Thanks again to all the team at Blaydon Bathrooms.

Recently had my entire bathroom re-designed and refitted. I’m over the moon with the finished job. Can’t recommend this company enough. From beginning to end they had everything covered. Smooth process with no problems at all. Thanks to everyone involved for giving me my dream bathroom! Special shout out to the 2 Kev’s who did a brilliant job fitting the bathroom and to Steve who did an amazing job with the tiling! Special thanks also to Dave for the design and to Nina in the showroom too who went the extra mile! 5* service

Blaydon bathrooms have just completed refit for our family bathroom - design, fitting, plastering, tiling, electrics and painting! Can’t fault the service of the whole team. Tailored design with Kevin at the showroom which fulfilled everything we asked for and personalised to include all my design requests. Our fitters Kev and Kev were fantastic and have delivered more than we could ask for and were so efficient in their hard work. Any issues or questions dealt with quickly. We’re so happy with our new bathroom.

Andrew at Blaydon bathrooms was extremely helpful in dealing with a matter for me. I have used them before and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I explained I needed a rubber seal to fit a bath he knew exactly what I needed & sourced it for me .
A pleasure to deal with & would definitely recommend .

We went into this with no idea of what we wanted. From the minute someone came to measure up, giving us advice on colour schemes etc to the minute we met Jack, our dreams were turned into reality. He walked us through the showroom and explained all the materials and goods that would be used in the renovation. We had the bath ripped out and replaced with a walk in shower. We absolutely love the anti steam mirror which is a luxury!!! It really is the bathroom that we wished for and that's down to the designer, Jack and Simon the fitter. We've had some problems along the way but they've been ironed out almost immediately. Jack has been there all the way and is a pleasure to speak to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend this bathroom company we went to their showroom and were shown around all the products and tiles etc as well as giving a design from all angles. They listened to everything we wanted and were able to accommodate thank you so much the bathroom is amazing Paul the fitter and the lads were absolutely outstanding, so friendly, tidy and nothing was a bother to them at all. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone as well as Blaydon Bathrooms we are so pleased 😀

Read many reviews and decided to visit the showroom to look at the quality of products available. Having waited 20 years to change my bathroom I wanted the very best. Wanted my bath removing and a large walk in shower although my bathroom is very small. Jack designed the room to my spec and products used were excellent. We did have a few snaggs which Jack jumped on immediately and was contactable after hours which was appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my bathroom. "We got there in the end Jack, thank you".

Designers of our bathroom made some excellent recommendations for better use of a small space. The bathroom materials were of excellent quality and have been fitted to a high standard. Jack helped us throughout the process offering alternatives and support with an ASHP install. The process was smooth and all aspects of the bathroom fitting were taken care of. Thanks again, I would highly recommend 😊

We visited the showroom back in February and were impressed from the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted by Jack and went over some ideas, he listened to what we did and what we didn't want. He visited our home to take photos and measurements of the bathroom, and we were invited in a week later to see the design. After a couple of minor tweaks, we booked in a date, we were lucky to get one of the remaining dates in April. The fitters arrived as promised and on time on the first day and the work started. Kevin the fitter was great and a few minor ammendments were made at his suggestion during the installation which took approximately 8 days. Kevin and the floor fitter even came on the weekend so as to get the job finished in a timely fashion. The result is amazing, the bathroom looks stunning, we are so pleased with it. The service we received from start to finish from the whole team was second to none. Would highly recommend 👌
