Awesome gaming service. Customer service chat is always on point and correcting any issues or questions. By far the best gaming I've encountered so far.

If u wanna be a winner, play with BITOFGOLD. Last night I already have 12300 credit but I accidentally fell asleep while it’s on auto play. It’s fine coz the next deposit I made I’m cashing out $209. So play with BITOFGOLD if u wanna win. Good luck..

Great casino that gives you all types of bonuses and they really cash you out i definitely recommend trying them out.

Update.. long story short. I thought that I had a balance of $175 in which I attempted to redeem at that time the bit of gold took all but $16 because they accidentally deposited $100 at that time I had a balance of 94 but they won't give me credit for the 94 instead they took it all except for what I deposited plus $3

BitOfGold is my favorite online gaming place to go to. I’ve been playing for couple years and it always Ben good to me, very supportive. Nice customer representative.

I got 2 different stories on why my funds are on hold first is was an issue with the platform and now it’s kuz of high volume it’s been 16 hours since I made my request and they can’t even give me a timeframe or when to expect my funds and when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience they say that’s not an option I’ve been a long time customer and I’ve been having more and more issues with bitofgold

I love this website, Especially their platform Orion Star. It never seems to fail me when I only have a few dollars left to my name. I’ll deposit it and end up winning $100. I would recommend to everyone!! Thank you bitofgold for the wonderful experience

Not going to lie, I didnt have high hopes for this company. I had a few issues with verification (my fault, not their's) and they were very professional and attentive to my issues. Definitely the real deal and am so happy I found this platform!!

My withdrawal is on hold for unusual game history…. Never a problem until now.

Bitofgold casino is the best online casino if you have not tried bitofgold you are missing out big time pal

Horrible service I was told by another representative I would get my bonus and it never happened. I screenshot a picture of the conversation with prior rep and then this rep just ended the conversation. I asked my account be deleted and that’s how they responded. I am having this transcript as well as many many others being looked over by an attorney already and your casino is in some serious troubling times.

Pop-ups on literally every single screen is a bit much.

I would appreciate being able to deposit/check balances/withdraw without accidentally clicking into a chat window that’s popped open on its own with a promotion that I don’t care for and have already seen on every. single. page. It’s annoying to be reviewing my account balance only to attempt to scroll and “coincidentally” click your promotion and end up on the deposit screen.

On the main page, I understand, but literally clicking from any screen to the next should not provoke an entire new promotion pop-up….as if I didn’t just see it on the screen before.
Geeezzzz.

Good games and the way the platform is set up. Recommend to anyone

Always been an awesome experience with bit of gold I have been telling everyone.

Awesome group of people that are trustworthy and always very informative and helpful. This is the third are fourth time I am cashing out they always have paid me great group to join.

Bitofgold.cc is LEGIT. I use this website daily and have never encountered a problem. The customer service is excellent! They're fast and available 24/7. I highly recommend using Bitofgold!

Awesome staff and great selection of games and easy going cash out process

I have been playing with Bitofgold a couple years and never had a problem. I win finally something to withdraw and I have to do an ID verification which I did when I first started playing. On the ID verification page it says not to do or take caution if you have epilepsy well I have epilepsy and tried telling these people that about the third time they emailed to send in my ID and a photo of myself I did just to receive an email back telling me how to do the ID verification that doesn't take the selfie of you. I tried with four different browsers and two different devices and it doesn't take the photo. I know I won and I want my money it's funny how they don't bother you for your ID as long as your depositing money.
