If I could give negative stars i definitely would! I was sent an email claiming that I received a 200% bonus on next deposit so I deposited 20$ to find out they only credited me with 23$ and the agent then said it was random and it was part of the excitement of not knowing what you’ll get?! It NEVER SAID THAT IN THE EMAIL!!! They’re scammers

They are ok very ify if I say so myself

I played a promotional bonus dollar yesterday and won $75—which should’ve been a smooth and exciting experience. Unfortunately, what followed was anything but.

The win was legitimate, confirmed instantly, and I followed all the steps required to claim it. But instead of celebrating, I found myself chasing down support just to get acknowledgment. The platform didn’t reflect the payout, and communication was vague at best.

As someone who values transparency and fair play, I expected better. A bonus win should be honored without delay or confusion. I documented everything, including timestamps and screenshots, and I’m prepared to escalate if needed.

I’m sharing this review to encourage the company to tighten up their post-win protocols and treat customers with the respect they deserve. A win should feel like a win—not a battle.
They made me go through verifying my ID they sent me emails saying that my withdrawal request was approved had me waiting all day and then later declined it.

The amount of games to choose from is simply amazing . All start up process is easy and your staff always replys back super fast . I would refer anyone of my friends to you guys.

BOG is a great site to play all the fish games you want. They offer a large variety of platforms. They have the best bonuses. It was a bit confusing to navigate their site, but Cleo from customer support was great. She was quick to answer the chat. And she answered all my questions... and I had a lot. But she was patient and very helpful. The deposit process was easy. Withdrawal was quick. I would 100% recommend.

Definitely a bunch of false advertising with the emails that are sent to you. They tell you one thing. Then you ask support about the bonus that the email said you would receive. And it’s a totally different story. And are told sorry for the misunderstanding. What do you mean. The misunderstanding is on your end cause the emails says I am to receive this. Only to not get a reply back at all from their support. Which I find extremely rude. This is what the email stated. Now how would anyone interpret this. This is wrong to mislead players in this way.

wonderful customer service A great platform I love it here

WARNING SCAM WILL NOT PAYOUT!!! Will make every excuse as to why your verification got denied. Had to verify with my ID and livenesscheck 5 times. Each time it got approved then when I wanted to cash out all of a sudden my verification didn't meet their requirements after it was already approved. I never got my winnings to say the least. Stay away!!!

Me gusta jugar casino si pagan garantizado nadamás que tardan un poco en enviar el pago pero si lo depositan,.,Gracias Bitofgold

For the longest, there’s been an android download. They show no signs to be in the works of an iPhone download, which would make navigating through everything that much easier. The gameplay and redemption process I don’t have any complaints about. I do genuinely enjoy the site and what it has to offer. It’s just a headache kind of, doing it from a webpage with as many things on it as you’ll find when you go from page to page. Depending on your device, it loads a little janky, on top of the support chat in the bottom right corner popping up super obnoxiously, causing accidental clicks, with slow minimize reaction times when it does occur (often). They either need to redo their website , both desktop and mobile browser, or care enough to create an iPhone download.

I love this site they gave me free money to play and when I deposited the first time I won and cashed out

Great service and amazing games.... Check them out.

I like the online customer service when I have issues with the gaming. The process in getting the money transferred back to me from my winnings takes a very long time, The first 2-3 times it took within about 5-7 hours to withdrawal, but now the past couple times it has taken over a day to get it. I feel like the money I deposit goes in fast, but when I want to take it out… I’m forgotten about. But I do like these games and the service is friendly. Ty

In my experience of Bitofgold.cc it has its ups and downs just like any other online casino but I've always had good customer service from Bitofgold.cc.

The agents that are working as customer service are awesome and respectful and I'm much appreciate them for their website I I'm currently waiting for my first withdrawal to go through thanks and best of luck! 🙏
