The customer service is crap, after I have filed for a withdrawal the Bitcoin address that I sent to was wrong their system or their web page would not let me update the Bitcoin address before it got sent I tried multiple times and it said failure to update then when I contacted customer support about it I got told it was getting sent over to their technical team and then I contacted him hours later and still nothing was done and then a customer service representative by the name of Gabriel decided to be rude disrespectful and basically called me and my girlfriend stupid and that it was all our fault and then into the chat and blocked us, I reached out multiple times in other ways and nobody will return my messages or anything this platform is a joke their customer service Representatives need to be reprimanded for what their actions which won't happen they're disrespectful rude and not helpful on top of that they have stolen money in my eyes it was my deposit that I one on I cashed out on my deposit not free money they give me not no promotion my money that I work for honestly I hope this review reaches the right person and something is done about this cuz this is bull crap. My voice stay away from this app this platform

waiting several hours for a deposit to hit your account is bogus and annoying!!! Im done depositing with bitofgold. I never got my deposit from bitofgold. DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT AND YOULL BE PISSED OFF LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now bitofgold sincerely apologizes???? It's been nearly 2 months since they took my money!!!!!!! Now 8 weeks later you sincerely apologize?? I bet if i log in my money isnt in my account and it doesnt matter because you couldnt pay me to go back to their site

Good platforms customer service is great sometimes it does take awhile to get ur money on ur game and to withdrawal it so be prepared for that crap if it was faster ed play a lot more thanks betofgold...

I don’t know what the other players are talking about but if you read everything carefully and follow directions before you contact support it works, it’s great, it’s fun and easy to withdraw. You don’t have to make a deposit but then you are only entitled to withdraw $25 a day. I won $700 with my free sign up bonus and withdrew $25. I read all info and realized if I deposited $10 I would then be able to withdraw $50 so I did. I now have been withdrawing $50 a day since with no problem and it doesn’t take long. The way I see it is I really won $690 and I have $50 in my pocket guaranteed for the next 12 days. Oh I forgot to mention I won an additional $300 with the $10 I deposited. I would be the first to write a bad review if I had any indication that it was a scam. Customer service is also always available and very patient and helpful. Thank you BIT OF GOLD! You have a great website and I love it!

I signed up and did well enough to make a withdrawal, but ...... They won't let me get verified, every time I try it said my info doesn't match, so I email chat and messaged so my info my id my selfie several times and I just get the run around now for 7 days.... SCAM SCAM SCAM

Great platform, but don't think you'll be able to redeem your free play bonus when you sign up unless you make a deposit before playing it. Even if the site says otherwise. If you go to the withdrawal page, at the bottom it will state

"Note: Users who have not made any deposits on the website can withdraw maximum $25 per day".

But this is not the case. So make sure to deposit with the bonus. I have never deposited or redeemed but I know someone who has, but the fact they lied has turned me away along with the others I know. I'm not risking it, that's too big of a red flag for me. Id post photos if I could.

I made a deposit over 6 hours ago that has been completed and has 146 confirmations and shows it’s been received and they keep claiming it hasn’t been received and refuse to load my account

Use to be a good casino but now they suck. Won on vegas x with the free dollar and they refuse to allow me to withdraw that can only withdraw with a deposit but if you know vegas x then you know you can't deposit if you have abalance of dollar or more and won't get free dollar unless your account is under a dollar

Horrible service and even worse staff. I have been waiting for a withdrawal that was processing over 8 hours ago . Customer service said they expedited it at 4:39 pm and then at 11:30 pm they said they had issues with the website and it was delayed, now I can't get q response from them at all.
