So, I had reached an amount while playing with this platform after depositing 10 dollars into my vegasx account...I'd say around about maybe 80 to 90 dollars I had won. The bonus they applied to my deposit brought my starting balance to 50 dollars. Now when I tried to cash out I tried to get the whole amount I had accumulated, and what my chargeable balance showed. They declined my withdrawal. They said I couldn't withdraw more than 50 dollars...but immediately proceeded to saying, if you reach 7x your deposit amount you will receive the entire amount in incraments of 50 dollars a day. So I agreed and reached the goal to receive the full amount. They sent me 50 dollars right then. The next day when I put in my withdrawal request they went against everything they said prior to, and said to me..if you receive your (NEXT INCREMENT TOWARDS THE ENTIRE BALANCE!!) 50 DOLLAR INCREMENT, WE WILL TAKE THE REMAINDER OF YOUR BALANCE AND NULLIFY IT...OR...YOU CAN WAIT 24 MORE Hours AND RECEIVE THE FULL CHARGEABLE BALANCE, WHICH IS ONLY 100 DOLLARS NOW...$125 IS LEFT ("AFTER") THEM TAKING 50 DOLLARS AND SENDING IT TO ME in the first withdrawal of 4. WHAT I WAS MADE TO BELIEVE AND WAS TOLD THE Process OF RECEIVING the entire balance would be, which WOULD BE in INCREMENTS OF $50 3 times, and 1 payment of 25. TOWARDS RECEIVING THE ENTIRE 175 DOLLAR balance, AS WAS SAID...COMPLETELY DISREGARDING MY INTELLIGENCE, MY PATIENCE AND MY TIME!! Now they still haven't cashed me out and it's been two days just to get the entire 100 and then still finding a way to take 25 dollars from the entire winnings.. Their chat won't pop up anymore do I can't contact them and they haven't responded to me once after feeding me all the above foolishness just to find a way to still deduct from my winnings, and going back on their word.

This casino has a terrible service and on top of that it steals what you deposit yesterday I deposited $30 dls and so far they haven't put anything in my game don't play with BITOFGOLD

DONT PLAY HERE I WON 200 OFF MY DOLLAR ON REDPLAY they contradict themselves i won off my dollar bonus that i get on the vegas x n redplay platform and im at level 4 ive played here for a very long time with no problems even withdrawal with my dollar bonus now they dont want to honor it even clearly stating that if you have not deposited you can redeem 25 a day they wont honor that eithier

Tho website has gone to complete BS! Sent withdrawal request a few weeks ago and they had it on hold for 5DAYS! Finally I gave up waiting and played the winnings back🤬 Sent a withdrawal request yesterday and again it’s now been more than 24hours and withdrawal request is still on hold with the same BE excuse being given and no answer given as to when it will be completed! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY PLAYING BITOFGOLD THEY WILL TAKE UR MONEY/CRYPTO QUICK AND BS THEIR WAY OUT OF HONORING AND PAYING WHEN IT COMES TO COMPLETING WITHDRAWALS!!!!!!!🤬

I always have fun even if I win or lose and that's ok with me in my book

Deposited and played through on my vegas x account. Afterward I got my $1 daily and got it up to $50 to cash out. But they declined and said I had to deposit before it, so i deposited again but would not put it on the platform until it was at zero! So I played it till it was gone after getting it up past $150. Then I had to ask them 7 times to put my deposit on it since they refuse to let me get refunded, yet it took 4-5 hours or more for them to do it, just to make me not win a cent from the $30 I got on it! Fraud and BS!

They are scamming people atill waiting for my withdrawal but they have to now check the gameplay logs for some reason. They are turning out to be crooks I better get my withdrawal soon or I will report them to the right authorities.

DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS SITE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This site stole my $30 deposit, using the "cashapp pay" feature where funds are supposedly "immediately added to your gaming account". After contacting support they said they found the mixup with my deposit and would open a support ticket and transfer it to the financial department ASAP. That was last night(11/01/25) at 3am...I contacted them again today at 3pm and at 9pm and got the same run around with the same excuse, then the agent closed our chat.
Not to mention, the other day when I wanted to cashout $350, they said "they had to check the game logs" and wouldn't let me cashout.
All this after I have made $100's of dollars worth of deposits to them, they ripped me off.
DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS SITE!!

I like after making a deposit you can open a treasure chest to win coupon codes and up to $10 freeplay , this is the only site that offers this promotion. They have fast deposits but there withdrawals could be more efficient. You never know how long your going to have to wait to get it. It seems like they have got tighter with there winnings. For about 4 months now I have only had 3 payouts, it could just be my luck but I have noticed a difference. That being said, I do still recommend them I have been scammed from other places and it's a relief not having to worry about that with bitofgold

So far never had a problem cashing out winnings .the site is legit and fun to play and deposits are easy .I'm able to use many cryptocurrency.

I am honest when I say this. Man I was about to give up with verification but their customer service level was on point with my frustration, that I couldn't give up. Needless to say WE got though it and got me my money and the verification. Thank you to the several customer service agents that deal with ppl like me ( lol ).

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

The sign up bonus and other promotions they have are great. Like the lucky charm chests you can open after making a deposit, that's one thing that is offered only on bitofgold. Deposits are made quickly with no issues. If I could recommend any improvements it would definitely be less pop ups on the site and if the withdrawal process could be more efficient. It says withdrawals can take up to 24 hours but you don't know if it's going to be paid out within an hour or take the full 24 hours. Also I recently had a withdrawal declined bc it was won from bonus credits earned on the gaming platform. I would understand if i hadn't made any deposits to that platform recently but I had made deposits that same day and days leading up to it.

I love playing on all the different platforms u can win small and big only downside is the amount of time it takes just to recieve your withdrawal if they can send winnings in under an hour I bet they would get way more customers to play on their site

It's all set up if you win you got to loose double what you won, to win again.

Amazing service

That i won $69 on my free $1.
Thanks bit of gold, I appreciate it.

I win all the time literally. This is a great website for people who want to win. I highly recommend that you try it you will not be disappointed

tried to deposit this morning but when the money never hit my account I chatted with the live support first on the website he did absolutely nothing about it was like pulling teeth just to get the live agent i was talking with to even message me back, finally I emailed the bitofgold support team and received an email back instantly about how they're going to "investigate" it and get back with me as soon as possible. HOURS later and still nothing so I sent another email, and now hours later I've still heard nothing back from them. be careful everybody.
