I won the happy hour jackpot back to back and they're trying to say i cant redeem because it's a bonus

Bit Of Gold Is Awesome I Love How It Gives Good Bonuses. Also If There Is Something That Needs To Be Addressed They Are Quick To Assist.

Great esrvice with bonuses on every deposit and wagers fun every game but needs better withdrawals kinda slow sometimes

By far the fastest paying casino ive come across. Plus there help chat is awesome. No worrys here just enjoy your game play

Best platforms and great customer service

Big wins !! Fast payouts!

I absolutely can't say enough of how much I love this website I have been with them for years no issues like with other sites like it . You won't be disappointed

The whole experience is great and I know that they care

They dont let me cash out on bonus after I deposited this week and says it doesn't count ...so what's good is the bonus..and someone's said they cahhout on vegas x bonus .that makes me wonder if he lying. Or they doing me dirty.

Always a fun time win or lose.

I have to tell you guys to try this website I just won again and the payout is easy and fast. You will not be disappointed

Idk if they have had a change in mgt or what.....but everything sucks now days. The service, the payouts, the loading.....just all around sucky service.

Ok now dont get me wronv here i freaking love playing here but what i hate more than anything is how long you have to wait to recive your winnings i mean come on it should not take 10 hours to process a withdraw that is just not right and something needs to be done about it

So far these guys have been great especially with the customer service anytime I need to talk to him there on point they're always available they always take the time to talk it through with me and plus they give you a free play that they actually cash out on they are just all around great company

I don't advice anyone playing or sending money with these pieces of shit. I sent a debit card deposit almost 3 days ago and they claimed to be having technical issues as to why they couldn't load it right then even after I provided them with the receipt proving I paid them their money. I was told they created a ticket and I had to wait with no timeframe and now the sorry POS has me blocked from messaging them they still haven't added my money nor have they sent me a refund... I'll be contacting my bank today I'll get my money back one way or the orher

Withdrawal Request was on hold for over 6 hours. Said they were going over the game logs, yet when my game was hacked they said they would not be able to see what had happened to the money on my account. I have played on this site for a couple years and if you win a larger amount of money it often ends the same way…,delay after delay!! The same generic answers are given over and over. I don’t recommend using this site it’s unpredictable and not concerned with how long you have to wait for your deposit to be added to your platform and you really have no idea how long it might take or if you will get your winnings!

I love this platform I don’t have to go anywhere I can add and withdrawal very quickly and easily! Keeps me entertained for hours!! Absolutely love it!!

I sent $30 worth of Ethereum. Nowpayments.io confirmed they received the payment, as did the blockchain transaction tracker I use. They created a helpdesk ticket but seemingly as a means to try to stop me from messaging support since now they say they can't do anything until the ticket is resolved. No matter how many times I send them proof, they claim they haven't receive my deposit even 15 hours later. So they stole my deposit.
