The only slate hitch was I was going to pay using PayPal so I checked that button but then it just said pay now or submit at the bottom. That made it sound like you weren’t going to redirect me to PayPal. Made me a little nervous, but I clicked it anyway and it did redirect me to PayPal. You maybe should just let people know that that’s what’s going to happen.

Make rewards easier to redeem
Generally speaking, your website is great and easy to navigate. However, I had to look up how to redeem my rewards on two different Reddits to figure out how to do it correctly. Telling me I have a good amount of credit to spend and then making it almost hidden to be able to spend it is shady and not at all what I expect from your company, which I generally have really positive feelings about.

I placed my order based on a promo code. I added my items to the cart. I included the promo code. I completed my transaction. One product was moved from regular size to jumbo and I didn’t get my 25% discount. The total was not show. Prior to checkout otherwise I would have tried to fix both issues. I feel it was dishonest. Good selection but confusing way to receive free lip peptide.
It was easy to find what I was looking for, but I couldn’t figure out how to select my free lip peptide and kept clicking on the ad for it, which didn’t work. I added a peptide to my cart only to find out that, once in my cart, is where my free lip peptide selection showed up finally.
