Legalzoom lied to me about the renewal of a trial period. I prepared one document during the trial period and while we were reviewing it, Legalzoom sent me a note that it would renew on the 29th of the month. When I called to cancel, they informed me that it actually renewed one day earlier than their notice stated. A clear rip-off.

The fees are stressful! unfortunately, once you've started the process- it's pretty difficult not to continue with some of the add-on's. Prepare to spend close to $1,000.
