I tried to order 3 rose moisturizers…
I tried to order 3 rose moisturizers (for me and my daughter, I go through it fast!) plus a few other items on my phone and it would only let me order 2. So I used the chat to ask what the issue was, and the agent checked and said there was no minimum, so to please try from my laptop, it should work. AGAIN, it won't let me put more than 2 in my cart from my laptop, either. If there IS a miminum it should be explained on the website AND a message should pop-up when you try and can't order more.

Payment processing no order
I was excited to place my first order as there was a sale and I had a coupon. When I submitted my first order the payment was processing with my credit card but not order was processed. It is not easy to get in touch with customer service. You can’t just call you have to go back and forth in messages and apparently they can see previous messages and attachments. Finally I see there is a credit showing for the pending payment but what a nightmare to get it resolved.

Squalane Oil
I’ve been using the Squalane oil since pre-launch as part of a testing program. I’ve been a loyal customer since. I like the plain oil, the hand cream, and the growth factor cream. The rose oil isn’t for me and the omega cream had a strange smell. To me, the oil isn’t the best value because I don’t need much on my face but I can use it on my hair or body as well.

Discounts and Rewards System
I will start by saying that I absolutely love biossance products and have used them for years. One thing that made my order really great today was a teacher discount that I did not know existed. One bit of feedback that I have is I do not like the new rewards system. It seems that now you are only able to use your rewards as a credit for a future purchase instead of using them right then on your order. Additionally points expire in 30 days. I make larger orders periodically, I don’t order every month. So I’m not able to use my points during my order and I might not need to order anything within 30 days. This sort of defeats the purpose for me. I feel like it was more genuine and user-friendly when you were able to use your points whenever you want. After all, we earned them with our purchases, at least that is the point of a reward system. Other than that great company, great products!

Love Biossance. I have eczema and it’s the only product I’ve found that doesn’t cause flareups. It provides a fresh clean feel with every use. It’s very trustworthy and I can always have peace knowing I will receive every item I ordered. Every product is a must buy. A little expensive but you can’t put a price on healthy looking skin.
