Top-notch customer service! I order several solar items including an inverter for my campervan including shipping to Israel. They provide me with the best advice and recommendations for my situation. They even settle up with me on the costly shipping cost to Israel and bear the added cost to Israel! Highly recommended the Bimble Solar store and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and come back for future orders. Keep up the good work!!

Particularly unhelpful for me, I rang to ask advice and check that a charge controller on their website would fit my needs, it seemed all too much trouble, or they’re lacking in knowledge as I was told that it’s far from a question that can quickly be answered over the phone, and was told that communication between BMS and charge controller is necessary, which I don’t believe to be the case for my small DIY system. I was armed with the spec of my panels, but didn’t get that far, after a couple of straightforward questions “the other phone was ringing”. I was looking to work closely with a knowledgable and helpful company, after all their website and prices seemed great, but sometimes you just have to take your money elsewhere.

Edit, in response to reply. Thank you, I’ve updated my username. Genuine for sure. Perhaps wasn’t yourself that I spoke to, maybe you’re super helpful. Good for you to know, if you’re the owner, that other staff’s customer service could be variable. Perhaps he was having a bad day.

Money in hand, and prepared with what I was sure would fit the bill for my requirements, I merely wanted to know from the experts that my straightforward maths stacked up. I wasn’t asked to provide anything by email, and rushed off the phone. That’s all. I just wanted to spend money with you guys !

Their products are top quality.
I bought my system for my campervan, actually using it as house power instead and saving money.
I was given lots of info and advice from Bimble staff, even when I had a issue with a battery I thought faulty they had the patience to teach my dumb ass ;) lol
100% my recommendation.

Bimble have a fantastic range of solar panels and batteries. Their service is second to none. I received immediate and very helpful technical advice. I had up to date tracking of my order, and all my additional queries about delivery were responded to fully and efficiently. Very good quality of products and very quick delivery from the point of order. I will definitely be using Bimble again in the future.

Placed an order for 2 x 'delivery only' panels. Communication was excellent and the panels arrived on the stated day within the stated delivery window.
The two delivery guys coul;d not have been politer and more helpful, even after I discovered some slight damage to the panel face (I think cosmetic). I was amazed as the panels were extremely well packed for transit.
Pictures were taken by delivery guys and passed to bimble.
I had a prompt telephone call to apologise and several options to choose from for resolution....Excellent Customer Service.
My panels are in service and performing even better than expected. I am happy to use this company again and recommend them based on my personal experience.

I have to say that some of the 1* negative reviews on here are clearly fake.

For me staff and Bimble, were.
1.) Easy to contact by phone and email.
2.) Polite and professional throughout, even when my issue was raised.
3.) Pricing was excellent.
4.) Delivery company was brilliant, phoning shortly before delivery to advise they were nearby.
5.) Dealt with my CS issue promptly and professionally.

Unless the staff are Jekyll and Hyde I can't see how the negative reviews are true.

Purchased a 3kW Victron and Pylontech system in Lockdown March 2020. I appreciated 'hand holding' setting up the Victron even though my working life was in electronics. The 'off grid ' system is used for EV with excess to water heating and it has now paid for itself. Thank you Bimble. Rick

A very competitive price for the Pylon US3000C battery and bracket I needed and a real bonus to see they were close enough for me to collect in person. Placed the order on-line late Weds and booked appointment for Friday. My email query was answered promptly by Grant. Everything was ready when I arrived. A quick signature and it was loaded into the car for me. A couple of minutes later and I was on my way home. The battery is now added to my stack and running normally. The only thing missing is the sunshine! I will certainly use Bimble Solar again and recommend to others.

Exceptional service prompt delivery special thanks to Emma. I had been let down by a number of suppliers for a Growatt min 4200 TL XE DC. I sent an email to customer service 8 pm in the evening, asking about availability and delivery and if they had stock and could offer prompt delivery I would order immediately a reply back at 10 pm goods available and prompt delivery Emma even set up a basket in the link all had to do is to give my details and payment two days later, goods arrived

Quick turnaround (ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday) with great communications, plus complementary chewy sweets in the package on delivery! Would recommend.

I purchased an off grid van kit off you guys over 7 years ago. In all that time it has never let me down. I have replaced the original batteries once which were delivered to a festival site I was working on. I recommend you to everyone who is looking for a similar set up as you know and understand your stuff and are more than helpful with your knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

I have been a customer of Bimble for nearly a decade, multiple orders a mix of sizes and my most recent order was the end of Jan 2023. I have always found them good to deal with (even with aftercare) and they seem to be getting even better!

The couriers had an accident with part of my most recent delivery, but it was dealt with promptly without hassle and to my satisfaction.

Bought many panels, inverters and batteries from Bimble in 2022 and had very good communication via email and phone.
Batteries did take a long time to arrive, but this is/was an industry problem and every time I asked I got an update. When I requested priority shipping for my own logistics when they finally came in stock, it was sent right on time.

I'm very happy with this company. I bought Lithium G-cell battery. I've got better then I expected. I recommend this company.

I recieved a damaged panel from bimble, it was damaged due to inadequate packing, the panel was held in a cardboard sleave with one small strip of tape.
I was told I would need to pay £25 excess and then they would arrange an exchange on the panel, I was also going to have to pay for the collection and delivery charge, I wouldn't find out how much that would be until I paid the £25 excess. After pointing out their terms of business do not override my statutory rights as a consumer and I would collect the new panel myself, I did not have to pay the excess but did have to travel to make sure I got what I was supposed to receive in the first place.

I had previously recommended bimble to others as they had a good reputation, I can see by the reviews and my experience their reputation is starting to slide.
Bimble attempted to blame the courier for the damage, but it was clearly the packaging at fault.

I was ordered on Monday after 3pm Mppt Epever solar charge controller and was delivered nex day:)
Super contact with customer service and Big Thanks for Lady Laura she was very helpful and she have Professional approach to the client.

The main issue I have its that they don't want to speak to customers on the phone. A simple query about which equipment is suitable that could be sorted out in 5 mins on the phone becomes a protracted backwards and forwards email exchange because it's quite easy for misunderstandings to occur via email and additional questions often arise. I realise they're busy but so am I and I still pick up the phone.

Four orders with Bimble Solar over the last couple of weeks including a Victron Quattro inverter that was delivered today . Slight hold up on the first order as it was quite a few different items and i knew one item was showing out of stock . Other orders were dispatched quickly. Due to recent Solar boom it has proved very difficult to get hold of 4kw Victron inverters . I cancelled orders with 3 other companies who all lied about having stock when they had none and in most cases had no idea at all when they could get delivery .

Bimble Solar were the only company to come through with the goods and one of the few companies i've dealt with over the last couple of weeks who are actually honest about their stock levels .

Highly recommended , came through with the goods with flying colours at a time when Solar equipment is proving difficult to source.

Got half my delivery so far without a hitch. Called CS very helpful with logistics.

The people complaining about CS here probably the same people who waste everyone's time at the Screwfix checkout instead of bothering to read the product information.

i took month to fit then when probs told as opened only has a 14 day return window twice now i have had probs with crappy epever products AVOIDAVOID
