This company will never be any good as long as it has the people in charge who know nothing about the jobs that this company take on i worked for national express for 13 years started as a cleaner and made my way up to a supervisor we got took over by cordant and i was made up to manager unfortunately we were then taken over by bidvestnoonan i then lasted in my job for 3 years the period that bidvestnoonan took over I was demoted from manager to supervisor and then sacked bidvestnoonan have no interest at all in their employees that are below supervisor status and they love supervisors and managers that are yes people as no one is allowed any input the owners of this company have no idea what the people they have put in charge are doing robbing people left right and centre the only outcome for this company is if they continue to let clowns run their company they will lose contracts wake up and see what is going on.

If I could do a 0 star that’s what it would be. I works at the Morden Wharf garage where they treated me like absolute rubbish!!! They could rarely get my wages right once in a blue moon! I have been waiting to get paid for 2 weeks since my last pay they owe me hundreds of pounds! and not one manager or operations manager gives a sh*t!! and HR are useless

Horrible service
I am a resident in a building that bidvestnoonan cleans for us as a third-party company; the quality of service is terrible. The cleaners do not provide the bare minimum for what they were
hired for; hardly ever the lady vacuums my floor, usually they sit inside the car and hang out pretending they are doing their job to
complete the time to leave. My neighbour saw them chatting and laughing while they were doing nothing, after they wrote in the spreadsheet that they cleaned the building from 07:00 and finished at 09:20, which is visible true. They only clean the hall and that's it.

Was about to apply for a position with this company as security officer, but after reading the job profile, it states the security officer must respond politely regardless of how the customer treats the security officer. This is a sign of the company having complete disregard for the security staff. Most security officers are treated poorly in the industry as it is, but to advertise a job knowing the guard is likely to be disrespected on the job by the client is unacceptable.

bullying ,extra work loads , talking about staff , cleaning equipment is fully contaminated from washing mop heads and cloths in a washing machine together from general clean to toilet and restaurant cleaning . managers and supervisor are a tag team and cause so many issues with cleaners .ikea Cardiff

I Applied for a job with Bidvest Noonan as a Security Patrol Officer which I went for an interview on 25th September and was told the day of my interview that I got the job and would have to submit paperwork and that I should be starting October 14th. I waited till November 15th and heard nothing so went there in person and was told that Bidvest Noonan lost the contract. I spoke to someone from a different company he said to come back on Monday 18th and that I will have to submit my paperwork online and will be starting on 25th November (3 day induction) official start 28th
I think it’s very unfair that Bidvest didn’t have the decency to tell me what happened as a result I lost a months wages due to not working as I should have been. I think they should have compensated me for what I went through which I tried to pursue and was told that they won’t be pursuing compensation. I think what Bidvest Noonan did was very wrong and as a result I will be advising anyone who wishes to work for them to steer clear of them

Hope this email finds you well. I was asked to attend 5 aldermanbury square, on the way and was advised by Godfrey that I was restricted to work on site to which he had no reason and neither did he call back to give me an explanation. I'm a 44 year young man, who have been achieved a lot through being a manager, always built good relationships around people. I hence met Mr Hua, the security manager on site and he explained I attended the phone whilst at loading bay, which was the first time , at noon time. I was advised and reassured that it was an emergency and won't happen again. Hua reassured me that he will speak to building manager and get the problem resolved. Please ensure I get compensated for the whole day and get back to me that the restriction is removed off the system, to carry my name and respect in good faith always.

Do not become a bus cleaner at Weymouth first depot
Do not become a cleaner at Weymouth bus depot. They expect to much from you for crap wages if there correct when it’s pay day. Never get help from shunters there to busy in the canteen all night. Supervisor there was a good bloke not afraid to help you. But got sacked for something he didn’t do. The company is very dodgy.Never enough workers for shift because everyone knows how crap the job is.

I am presently employed at Bidvest Company. Initially, my annual leave was approved; however, as the scheduled days approached, an inaccurate inquiry was initiated against me, alleging misconduct without proper basis. Subsequently, under heightened pressure and stress, my approved holidays were regrettably revoked.

I made a complaint about one of their employee, it's since 22nd SEPTEMBER 2023 that l am sending email to have an answer to my complaint. so far l only received answer to what they wanted, but not to ONE of my SPECIFIC answer. l am emailing them daily, the person that answered me whatever he wanted, and l am still waiting for an appropriated answer to my complaint. and in his email, at the bottom, there is "we are proud of our customer service", l wonder how. This company has gone from tolerable to questionable and confusing, managers and supervisors are fantastic but the company its self are making questionable changes for no other reason than greed "in my opinion". Working for Axis was exiting at first until Axis was bought out by Bidvest noonan in 2020 or 2022, in short Bidvest have messed with employees bank holiday pay and the amount of holidays you receive each year stating that double pay on bank Holidays is a privilege via news letters and emails and that the matter will be looked into. There is so much I'd like to say but for now I'll keep it as brief as i can. Bidvest is a questionable company and their practices and decisions when it comes to fairness on employees pay and holidays needs revision. Ive heard a lot of talk about pension pay and none communication with payroll so ill be checking myself. My badge is on the line working with this company and for now i would never suggest working for Bidvest until they show consistency, fairness and transparency. Terrible decision making at the top is definitely hurting this company but it has the ability to turn things round.

From day 1, Bidvest Noonan changed everything about the contract, including wages.
I moved to another site to get away from Sharon Kane and Darren Martin, the contract managers.
Went to the Whitewater shopping centre and my wages were reduced again by Stephen Devlin. Stephen hadn’t got the balls to contact me himself so he got someone else to do it.
