Oh my God, Anthony on the 6 to 6 was incredible, he was so kind, met us from the airplane, took us through passport control easily, helped us with our bags and also told us where to be picked up. After having major surgery he was an absolute god send, and he deserves huge recognition as he is an asset to the company.

Tried calling and messaging area manager names Paul waist of space didn't return calls or messages when he did he was rude and disrespectfull they employed anougher cleaner that had serious mental health issues putting it bluntly the lady was a nut case.o.c.s no respect from management they all full of it.

MANAGERS ARE INCOMPETENT, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED AND INXPERIENCED.
HOLIDAY AND PAY ARE THE WORST!
MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO BUY UNIFORM, STATIONERY, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR STAFF TO WORK GOOD.
OCS MOTTP IS 'TO BE YOUR BEST' AND MENTIONS 'EMPLOYER OF CHOICE' - ALL TOTALLY OPPOSITE. STAFF THETEGORE CAN MEVER BE THEIR BEST AND OCS WILL AN EMPLOYER OF THE LOWEST CHOICE.

I worked there for a year. Pay was on time. Staff ok to begin with but mentions your name if moaning at other staff if they didn't do much work. Boss can be nasty as telling you off. At christmas you don't get a thanks for the work you do. Their off mostly on holiday. I handed in my notice but did an extra 2. Weeks as they being nice. Lack of workers.

My flight to Berlin
I came through Dublin Airport yesterday Sunday 8th March & had a very painful knee, I approached a OCS driver & he took me to my gate his name was James he was outstanding he couldn’t do enough for me then came back & told me my about my gate change & took me there also, then took my by wheelchair to the gate of the plane, I couldn’t have managed without his help, he was incredible & went above & beyond

Worked at this company for several months as a contracts administrator until I got sacked for not setting up Andrew Clements desk (Manager) explained that's not my job it's ITs job, got sacked on the stop only for Andrew to call me later that day grovelling asking me to come back, clearly aware it was an illegal dismissal. Through lack of better judgement I went back a couple days later for Andrew to lie and state that this never happened. Contacted HR, mad a meeting, explained what had gone on but as Andrew lied to HR and said none of this happened and there was no papertrail there was nothing HR or ACAS could do. Beware on the snake Andrew Clements. Sneaky clown. Do not work for this company as anyone higher than you can do whatever they please to you as HR protect them.
They will waist your time on hold
Got told Iwould be put through to an adviser , got left on hold for 1 hour and then the phone line died. An utter waist of time.

Manor of driving is atrocious
There are no complaints email addresses available on the website for said company so I’ll post here in hopes they see it.
I would like to just bring to your attention the shocking manner of driving one of your van drivers had at around 06:15am on the M8 westbound this morning. They thought it would be okay to fly up past my inside lane and then cut me off right before a junction to carry on, on the motorway, had I not been a confident and comfortable driver could have easily caused an accident or at the very least a fair scare to the person behind the wheel, I hope this can be addressed with whomever the driver may be as I don't believe this would be what you expect when someone is driving your vehicles, along side the speeding which I imagine isn't acceptable with your work place because they were at minimum doing 60 in the 40 zone.

I would like to commend the OCS assistant at Dublin airport this morning, Mary Flynn. She was so helpful and friendly and she enabled us to have a relaxed experience through security, duty free purchase and bringing bus to a place fir us to have lunch. Thank you Mary

Got a phone call for an ‘interview’ he offered me the job.. took pictures of my documents and one of myself! Never heard anything for over two weeks i did message him but that was just ignored 🙄 then got an email from OCS company saying that my interview was unsuccessful this time, I mean if they didn’t want me for the role they should have the decency to call instead of taking pictures of my details and myself I mean what a creep 😖 that cleaning managers name is Greg and is in charge at the Morrisons in Hawick!!I would highly recommend that people stay away he likes to hire people and ignore them pathetic human being. In high need of training himself..
Terrible company
Terrible company. Especially Retail department. Management don't do their job and they push thay on to the supervisor and cleaners. Always missing hours so you have to fight for your money you actually worked for. Disaster!
2nd try doing a review before they ask to take it down
put in my notice to leave on 9/3/25 but they terminated my job on 9/1/25 ( I was on maternity leave till 9/3/25) .
They stopped my SMP and said that to continue receiving it, I needed to remain employed by them WHAT IS A LIE (HMRC is helping me get the money.)
11/2/25 got p45 only because I phoned them ... ( When I got my 2nd P45 they emailed it before sending my last payslip lol)
04/03/25 - thanks to HMRC i'm getting my smp and holiday pay (28 days), reinstated with a new paycode, processed as a leaver on 09/03/2025 ...
left due to being told down the phone that i was going to get sacked if i don't take photos of my job , get sacked if i don't do overtime / cover people's holidays and that I wasn't coming back to 16 hours what were my contracted hours ( i was told this when i was on maternity leave October 2024 and recovering from an emergency C-section ) ,
Feb till April 2024 they had me working 3 days a week (5hours- 5hours - 6hours) when i was contacted to 5 days when i was pregnant (was told to do 3days or jog on) ,
May 2024 they changed me to 9 hours a week from 16 without asking me when i was off sick for a month but they soon changed me back after i sent a letter of grievance. Head office phoned me saying that my contract is 16 hours and I work 5 days a week (they emailed me my contract), I got an apology email from the area manager and got the lost money back a month later.
For nearly 18 years i worked in that store and got one big middle finger when i left....but hey i got the money they tried stopping (nearly £2,000).
UPDATE JULY 2025 - OCS asked trustpilot to take down my review (I have the email and it was taken down).
