I found the online application worrying ,difficult to get your point over and felt like you was leaving loads of loopholes to be exploited
Ten days later still heard nothing- sent email asking for update , two hours later a lengthy email with an offer was provided ,which I accepted
Some tools replaced, some Amazon voucher and remainder in cash to account
All in all very quick just the initial uncertainty

Totally crap have a high end HiFi which is not made today so it looks like Bevalued have no idea what to do about it even though i have got estimates on the replacement in todays market, after contacting axe about an update from them, axa said would get them to update me, 3 weeks later still nothing do not reply to emails so where do you stand, Clueless
Truly shocking
Finally received settlement after a month of what can only be described as extremely painful. Part of my home insurance with AXA had been subbed out to BeValued and from day 1 the experience was horrendous. An online claim portal that is barely functional, email comms that don't tell you anything and a phone number that nobody answers. When a settlement offer comes through it's lacking basic information to aid your decision making. Oh - on the phone again for 30 mins plus.
Goodbye AXA Insurance. This firm isn't fit for purpose.
MacBook Pro repairs
I took my MacBook Pro laptop which had a sound defect for repair. Pawel identified the problem within minutes. Apple had classed my laptop as obsolete but Pawel was good enough to locate some second hand parts and fix the problem. Thank you very much for the excellent service from this company.

Had a great expereince with this company after my laptop was sent in for repair - excellent communication and everything was resolved withitn a couple of days (even over a bank holiday). Would like to say a big thank you to Duncan, who handled my claim and was exceptional throughout. The laptop was unrepairable, but the amount covered on my insurance was paid into my account next day.
Abysmal service and poor understanding of technology
Abysmal service, my claim made 6 weeks ago has still not been settled. Sent them laptop with an accidentally damaged screen, they claimed they couldn't repair it- astonishing I can find the parts needed to do so. I asked them to return the laptop so I could back up the data on it before they replaced it and paid £20 for the delivery. They sent me the SSD and hard disk drive from the laptop, despite my having clearly requested the laptop. So I'm currently making endless calls to them trying to get the laptop back. The current excuse for not returning it is that they need to listen to the call history to make sure I really asked for the laptop to be returned. Great! Customer is so stupid and dishonest they are telling lies on a call they know is being recorded! Tey even thought it would be a good idea to suggest I might need to pay a salvage charge to get the laptop back. How you can justify that when the customer has not agreed to anything other than the repair assessment I can't begin to imagine. Just called again but very little progress. I don't believe this business is capable or qualified to deal with this sort of claim and that they are not doing much for the reputation of the Insurance providers who engage them to fulfil claims.
Good company
I had my E mountain bike stolen from my garage. Be Valued paid me the full amount of what was insured. I was very worried when I read the reviews here, however, the people I dealt with were very nice and in two weeks the money was in my bank a/c.

My laptop was damaged - they arranged for a collection to be made, and item was the collected on Thursday. The next morning Friday I received an email saying they have received my item and they will update my claim asap. I received a replacement offer as my item was deemed beyond economic repair - to which they gave me an absolutely terrific offer to replace it.
I placed my order through them and paid the excess and the next evening I received my laptop.
The whole claim process took less than a week. This is virtually a copy of someone else’s review but exactly the same happened for me in terms of the way my claim was dealt with and processed with my laptop. I am super happy.
Waste of time
If you see that your claim is being passed to this company then it is time to save yourself the stress and just forget about it, they will NOT make anything easy for a customer and actually i think their aim is to make customers sick with stress as they will want every detail of what and how you used an item from the moment that you brought it until the date of the claim, they are irritating, infuriating and cause serous stress, they should come with a Government health warning really.

Terrible company sent a gaming laptop…
Terrible company sent a gaming laptop in that was accidentally damaged, Intel I.5 and nividia graphics card, would only replace it with a entry level laptop amd with a on board graphics, customer service was really bad as well, should be called de valued
A stress free experience
I was slightly nervous when I checked the reviews of BeValued after my claim for an accidently broken 5 year old iPad Pro was passed to them by Quote Me Happy (Aviva), but within a week I was issued a more than fair Amazon Voucher to replace the model with a 2022 iPad when they deemed mine uneconomical to repair (a couple of working days after collection).
They actually offered a settlement more than the original value of the iPad in 2018 as the price for the newer models is more expensive than before.
The individuals calling to phone me up and verify details were very polite.
Overall, it is great to actually get a service from an insurance affiliated company that left me satisfied in this day and age! Thank you!
AXA passed by via Sedgwick to BeValued…
AXA passed by via Sedgwick to BeValued and massively undervalued my property despite me accounting for absolutely everything I had upgraded on 2 mtbs.
After almost 3 weeks of receiving no feedback, they undervalued by 50%. They offer an insulting compensation and waste your time.
Update: 8 weeks in, they still haven't moved and asked me to find an equivalent bike, which I did, and still they contest this. They change the goalposts and string you along.
If your insurance company uses these, my advice? Move your policy.
My advice to any Insurance Company who uses these? Stop annoying your honest customers and ditch these clowns.

Absolutely awful company LV passed my contents claim to this company. They offered me less than half of what my claim was valued at. Also took them months to sort out. They don’t keep you in the loop and don’t answer the phone. As a result of this I will not be renewing my insurance with LV.

The customer service with this company is simply terrible with rude, obnoxious staff who don't seem to know what is going on.
Way better than expected
After initially submitting my house insurance claim I checked Trustpilot and was pretty uncomfortable with reviews of Bevalued.
My experience with them however has been excellent. Online claim process was a little frustrating as my losses didn’t easily fit into one of the many categories. I phoned them, twice. Both times the handler was super friendly and helpful and that’s all it took, really. They promptly made an offer of settlement which mirrored my claim without argument. I paid my excess and they credited my bank in a very short time - quicker than they had suggested.
The process was easy the people were professional (and nice) and they paid promptly. Nothing to dislike here in my opinion.
Absolute Shower!
If you are unlucky enough to have to deal with this company, good luck, they are appalling. Two months of phone calls, arguments and frustrations trying to get my valuables back after a burglary, they give no care whatsoever that you are a victim, a total shambles, I wish I could give zero stars.
