Can’t fault the way my claim was dealt with by this company, from collecting of my laptop to reporting took less than 5 days.

My claim was initially submitted to Aviva in connexion with my House Insurance policy and a promised response did not arrive.
As soon as my claim details had been passed to BeValued under reference 2446592 it was dealt with courteously and efficiently.

Couldn't be more thankful to Amy

Couldn't be more thankful to Amy, I had my phone stolen yesterday and had a nightmare dealing with my phone contract provider but BeValued helped me to get a new one the next day.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service

Following an accident at home, we claimed on our Contents Insurance for a new oven. General Accident put us through to BeValued.
Mathew took charge of the claim from start to finish and I simply cannot praise him enough. He listened to what had happened, took the time to find out as much information to settle the claim, kept me up to date every step of the way, suggested alternatives when a problem arose and phoned me back when he said he would.
If Mathew is indicative of the rest of the Company, then Wow!

Fantastic service from AXA Insurance and Be Valued

I damaged my hearing aid and reported to AXA on Wednesday 17th they instructed Be Valued who rang me within 4 hours checked the claim and came back to me the following day and accepted the claim and recommended payment to AXA. Money in my bank Thursday AM. Couldn't ask for better service from Be Valued or AXA, very satisfied.

Great customer service

Having suffered a break in and burglary at home, there were many matters to deal with at a stressful time. The Team at BeValued dealt with the loss of our electricals so brilliantly. Their response was swift, friendly and very efficient. The customer service I received was first class. Great communication and very easy to deal with. One matter ticked off our list! Thank you so much.

Good customer service

My claim was dealt with efficiently and quickly by Matthew. I like the fact I can speak to a real person not a screen live chat.
Matthew went out of his way to make sure the settlement was correct. Very happy with the service.

Fast and simple

My insurance company put me in touch with be valued to deal with my claim.
It was straight forward and very simple to complete and was dealt with in under a week. I dealt with Mathew who was very helpful.

Good, quick service

I was referred over to Be Valued from Axa insurance. Like others, I was a little worried by some of the reviews on here but my experience was very positive. I spoke to Nicole on the phone a couple of times who was friendly, efficient and helpful.
My claim was settled quickly and to my satisfaction with minimal fuss. I have only knocked a star off because there was a mistake on my policy details initially when they set up my claim which I had to chase through.

I was somewhat nervous when my LV…

I was somewhat nervous when my LV insurance told me I would be dealing with Bevalued / claim companion after reading all these reviews.

My experience couldn’t have been any better. Sadly I’d had my golf clubs stolen, and was able to luckily provide receipts for all of them. The site was a little glitchy to upload all the proof or purchase etc, but I called them up and they helped with getting it all sorted.

They were very clear about what steps would be next and the timeframe, and I was really happy with the replacement values etc, and how to proceed with the settlement.

The times I’ve called, they have answered mostly in less than 1 minute, the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful.

This has been my first ever insurance claim, and it couldn’t have been any less stressful.

I’d say credit where credit is due, my experience has been very positive.

Been referred by AXA due to ipad…

Been referred by AXA due to ipad dropped in Bath. Bevalued,s registration page is garbage. I don't want to add a second policy contact but can't process to next stage plus when I do try and add one I still can't progress to next stage. This feels like a tactic to put off claimers and avoid paying out claims. Im sure they still get an instruction fee from the insurer

Company should be renamed DE VALUED

Be aware that if you make a claim with your insurance company and the claim is referred to “DE VALUED” you ain’t gunna get new for old - even though the policy says that’s what you are insured for!!!!!!

Made a claim following accidental damage to a Sony TV which cost £500 (we have receipt etc) claim was passed to this set of shisters (DE VALUED) to settle the claim. All they offered was a Panasonic TV valued at £299.

Me thinks smoke, mirrors and fine print cons the valued customer again!!!!!

I took my iPhone in for a battery…

I took my iPhone in for a battery replacement. All done and completed within 1 & a half hours. Very pleased with service. Shows up as 100% now. Glad I didn’t have to trek all the way to Brighton. Would definitely recommend BeValued for a repair.

A painful insurance claim in which only BeValued came out with credit

I have insurance through MoreThan who seem to use BeValued as a subcontractor. My claim for a replacement cooker was to be fulfilled by AO. The claim ran into difficulties when I realised AO weren’t going to fit it. I have made many many calls to all 3 businesses and only BeValued customer service (Albert in particular) has shown any desire to sort it out. I can see BV have got some pretty awful reviews but my experience has been very much that the problem has been elsewhere.
