Easy, Efficient, Speedy and Painless - with friendly staff!

I can't remember the last time we had to claim on insurance so I wasn't sure what to expect but I have to say that the whole experience was made easy and efficient by your staff. It was all explained well and the people we dealt with were informed and responsive. Thanks for making our claim so pain free!

Claimed for a lost Camera lens

Claimed for a lost Camera lens through my insurance company within 24 hrs Albert from Bevalued contacted me very helpful and professional.
Within the next 24 hrs i had a settlement offer which i excepted and I'm now looking forward to my replacement lens.

Claim for lost phone handled for Aviva

Claim for lost phone handled on behalf of Aviva.
Super polite and friendly (perhaps a little overdone!) which is very refreshing these days.
Concluded with reasonable speed. It could have been faster - it took a week which is quite long in the context of a mobile - nevertheless not bad at all.
When I heard the Aviva claim would be handled by a third party, I was a bit apprehensive. That was misplaced.
BeValued performed very well - and I got a fair result pretty quickly. I’m happy!

Damaged camera

I damaged my camera at home and decided to claim on my AXA home insurance. (2444845)
The process was quite straightforward and a video interview carried out to determine the facts of the matter.

The claim was passed to be valued to resolve. Collection of the faulty camera was quick and easy, including a secure plastic packing container which saved hassle finding suitable material to ship, to the assessor. Within a few days the assessment was passed to the insurer.

It took a few days for AXA to agree to settle the claim but as soon as that was done, be valued contacted me again explaining the next steps.

Process was handled in an efficient way and all of the people that I have spoken to (or video conference) have been friendly and sympathetic to my situation.

From start to finish it would’ve taken a little under three weeks including a public holiday but I also delayed it by a week - asking not to have the replacement camera shipped to me during my holiday period.

All in all a good process but obviously better if I hadn’t damaged my camera!

Handled claim quickly and efficiently

Handled claim quickly and efficiently. Friendly, polite and professional. Shannon and Albert were very helpful. Had a call the same day as handed over from the insurance company. Item pickup was arranged quickly and replacement agreed and ordered within the same week. Happy with service provided.

This was such a good…

This was such a good experience.....everybody I spoke to were professional and polite. The link to ao for the replacement glass hob was so easy and it was delivered the next day. Reimbursement for the cost of fitting was very prompt and infact Bevalued chased me up as they wanted to pay me! Special mention for Meg and Amy...both so pleasant to deal with.

Quick & easy claim settlement

Despite the mixed reviews here, I have a had a very positive experience. Part of my insurance claim for stolen luggage with M&S/ Aviva was passed through to BeValued.

BeValued called within 2 hours of this pass through which I missed. I called the number that was left and after a 20 minute call, BeValued agreed with our valuations and offered a cash settlement. I'm promised this will be deposited within 2-3 days - will update if not received. Great and efficient experience

Doing everything to not pay out

Between them, BeValued, RSA and Sedgwick seem to conspire to deliberately introduce delays and confusion into the claims process, each blaming the other for the lack of progress in my claim following a burglary that has now stretched on for five months.

Excellent attention to detail

We had a break in and burglary at home and our two lightweight e-bikes complete with bike computers and panniers containing various items were taken.
We phoned Aviva to report the burglary and claim on our house contents insurance and were told to start an online process with them (which we did).
I’m not sure what the purpose of the Aviva online system was as we were immediately passed to Cammi at BeValued who dealt with everything very efficiently from the first phone call. We emailed her all the receipts and descriptions and photos of the items stolen and within a few days (and a few emails and phone calls from Cammi) she had a settlement offer for us. We were very impressed with the speed with which she sourced us replacement bikes, as we had thought we might be without them for several months. We’d also thought we were going to have the difficult process of finding everything ourselves.

It was quite a stressful time as we were about to go away and on top of everything else we needed to secure our home before we left.
Cammi, with her clear calm communication about the process and timeframes, made that process a lot easier for us. The service from Cammi at BeValued was excellent with swift, efficient and supportive friendly responses. Ref: 2443928

Good experience

Insurance company handed over the claim validation process and everything went well, they explained and kept me fully updated and offered a fair settlement to conclude the process.

Excellent and professional with a fast service

once I was handed over to this company it was excellent. Prior to that the insurers would not proceed without a copy of my receipt. I can't tell you how long I spent going through statements. Once this company took over they accepted the handbook from the product.Within a couple of days it was completed. Excellent
