I was hesitant at making a claim as the item damaged was done so by a third party who rescinded on their promise to make good. From moment of engaging insurers and engagement with BeValued they have been professional, responsive and respectful when negotiating the value of a replacement item. Insurers and their representative’s often get bad press for being negative toward claimants but I can honestly say in this matter that experience has all been positive.

So impressed, all my calls were answered promptly and i spoke to the wonderful customer services assistant Maddie. I was particularly grumpy and she was patient and knowledgable and said she would act immediately to sort out my issue, which she did very quickly. Wonderful service compared to anything i have experienced anywhere recently, i would recommend whole heartedly.
Defnitely worth finding out which insurance companies are linked with them.

Honestly so impressed with everyone I spoke to, polite, clearly explaining the process. I hate claiming anything on insurance, especially as so many people do fraudulent claims. So Im hesitate but only use it when it is something of great value. They tried to repair then gave me options that worked for me. So impressed and glad my current home insurance provider is linked with them. Worth finding out which insurance companies ar linked with them as repairing is often better and sustainable then just replacement.

I get texts that you cannot reply to with a link to an expired website!!!

No telephone number so you can't call. I didn't choose them but they're used by Liverpool Victoria.
They need to up their game.

They fixed my Mac for an insurance claim. I then picked a dpd delivery day and thought that was that. Wasn’t provided any tracking my my apple Mac has been delivered today on my doorstep. Not signed for, and two days earlier than I requested. How on earth are you delivering something of that value without it being signed for and without me having tracking details.
Thankfully it was still in the doorstep when my husband got home from work. Totally unacceptable. I will be in touch

Be valued dealt with our item damage claim on behalf of our insurer. Mia who supported me with the process was fantastic and did everything necessary calmly and efficiently.

The only reason for the missing star is that the website platform that I was asked to sign up to does not actually update on the process of the claim. I’m not a fan of being asked to sign up for something that serves no purpose. Thank goodness for Mia!

Saw Holly and Lou today and they were incredible! So helpful, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about helping us!

I have an old iPhone (iPhone 8) rang Be Valued, they had a battery, made an appointment, the ladies came to the door, checked my phone in. Told me it would be done in 45mins. Went back 45mins later, and it was all done. The staff were all fantastic, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Be Valued would always recommend you!!!

A guy Jordan dealt with my claim in 25 mins so thankful and he paid out the full value for both times which i Was insured for so I’m very happy overall. I had a seizure in my sleep as I have epilepsy when I came around from it I had broken my dresser and mirror from next they both have to be binned as they are glass mirrored furniture, thankfully I also have a camera in my home as I have epilepsy which heard everything. I was amazed how helpful the member of staff was, I was not even expecting a miracle. But it happened. As I have an old Mac Book Pro, my power adaptor died on me! whilst working on a project. I desperately need a replacement. So I went to BeValued in person and asked if there was one available. I was not expecting for them to have one, but there it was, they helped me and I got a replacement. It is no doubt a place to remember and thank that we have a service as they rightly say that we the customer are to BeValued.! So a big thank you for looking after the people of Macs.

Extremely helpful member of staff at Be Valued. I went there to enquire about getting a new battery for my IPad. She went through the procedure with me, did a thorough check on the device and gave me good advice. She must have spent about 15 minutes with me. I offered to pay her for her time but she refused payment. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting servicing/repairs for Apple products. Unfortunately they don’t deal with non-Apple products.

Not the best experience, and not going to do much for "MoreThan" insurance's reputation either. Having filled in the claim details for MoreThan, they then passed me off to BeValued and I had to fill in the details of multiple items a second time as their systems were not compatible. I even told BeValued my preferred number as it is not convenient to call me throughout the day. As they could not get this basic concept right the communication was awful to start with, and email responses took 2 days, but they did not read what was written before being dismissive or missing the (simple) point. The "like for like" insurance policy now became a "spec for spec likeness in their opinion" (i.e. cheaper). Having changed the bike make they seemed incredulous to the idea that the additional parts might not fit it. They could only supply "like for like" parts (except for when it suited them). Lucky escape there as the mudguards would not have fitted. I had to point out that I was the one being flexible here and they were blindly digging their heels in supplying parts that would not fit together. Finally after I spoke to someone and pointed the issues out they seemed to get reasonable and stop quoting unhelpful policy at me. Finally they let me suggest parts that would work. Make sure you check the P&P costs or you might end up with a voucher that does not include delivery.

Any idea of money savings from using this company must have been utterly lost in all the time spent processing the claim. If MoreThan had simply done like for like from the same supplier (like a previous claim) it would have been quicker (2-3 days instead of over a month) and less risky to specify the items, even if the parts were slightly more expensive, they would have saved more on administration costs. A false economy.

Fantastic service, sorted out my claim within a month and their system is super easy to use. Very friendly and helpful staff overall, but Jordan was especially great at resolving and sorting my claim out.

Delay and prescriptive value under claim leaving the customer to produce every part of the claim information even after the policy cover was comprehensive with like for like and accident premium leaving the customer to correct the offers made and to produce evidence to over validate the loss.
It was not the fault of some of the staff but a few. Sorry this sounds harsh but it is my view and customer experience.

I had two claims, including one for a broken washing machine (2474164), and Jordan handled them both efficiently and professionally. This is an amazing company that quickly assessed my claims, which were due to mishaps caused by a teenager in the house.

I would like to give special recognition to Jordan for his outstanding customer service skills. He was able to identify the issues and resolve them swiftly and effectively. Jordan, your company is incredibly fortunate to have you on their team.

My experience with BeValued was really positive, not only was my claim ( ref 2475339) dealt with incredibly quickly but Mathew who dealt with the claim was empathetic and really helpful. It was my first time claiming using content insurance and I found the process really easy. I absolutely recommend this company!
