Les articles indiqués « Japonais » correspondent bien et sont à 100% fabriqués au Japon ! 👍🏻 (Et non Asiatiques, Chinois, Coréens…)

Le site n'informe pas clairement sur les droits de douane à payer - c'est une très mauvaise surprise qui gâche le plaisir de l'achat, car cela augmente considérablement la dépense. +25% pour ma commande ! Votre politique est anti-commerciale, vous devriez l'inclure dans le pris de vente pour éviter ce genre de situation... ce qui vous rendrait beaucoup moins attractif. Je déconseille ce site.

Malgré un problème de messages non reçus (sauf après avoir laissé un avis), j'ai bien eu ma commande qui me satisfait entièrement. L'emballage est soigné et les produits de qualité. Effectivement, les frais de douane sont élevés.

These bento boxes are so beautiful. I just love how the Japanese culture makes food such an artful experience. The sizes are so flexible to accomodate one's day. Whether you need a lot of food for a long day's work, or a smaller amount for 1 meal, they have whatever you need. And if I have a rough day, these bento boxes cheer me up 😁

Frais de douanes Japonnais ahurissant, cela double le prix de votre achat. Achat d'un Bento à 24.5 euros + 15 euros de frais de port + 25 euros de taxes de douanes. Je précise que le site annoncait en tout petit 8 euros de frais. C'est scandaleux.
Vous recevez une facture de DHL après votre commande et si vous ne payez pas les frais de douanes et bien adieux votre Bento. 65 euros pour un bento en plastique, je n'aurais jamais commandé...

They really do keep their promise for reducing waste by using the least amount of boxes and smallest available. I bought 4 items, all of which were shipped in one box! It was very nice to see that, as other companies (cough, amazon, cough) don't care as much. The food picks are really cute, as well. As someone who has trouble eating, the lunch box and dividers, as well as the food picks, made packing lunch fun, and a process that doesn't get boring immediately! I absolutely will be buying from here again, as the shipping was also very quick! I also appreciate knowing that my money is supporting local businesses, instead of a massive monopoly. Thank you all so much!!

J'ai acheté une Bento box il y a plusieurs mois maintenant, au début tout allait bien, très beau design, mais après plusieurs passage au micro-onde et lave vaisselle, les capots ont changés de forme, et on maintenant du mal à se fermer. Ils ne tiennent pas en place et ne sont donc pas du tout hermétique ... Je ne l'utilise plus du coup..
C'est dommage car le concept est vraiment sympa ..

Site très peu explicite concernant les frais de douanes, de plus il suffirait de ne plus envoyer les colis Fedex en envoi rapide mais en envoi simple ! Fedex n'applique généralement pas les frais de douanes sur ce type de colis. Mais a minima, merci de mettre bien plus en avant (il faudra un gros warning avant confirmation de la commande) que des frais de douanes importants vont s'appliquer...

I got a bento and a couple tools for making bentos. The quality is outstanding and I love my bento I got one that has rabbits in the wood running and some other animals. so beautiful. I also love the food sizing so I dont over eat :)
