Et j'ai l'impression que FEDEX créé VOLONTAIREMENT des droits de douanes pour vous soutirer un max de blé.
Donc : n'achetez PAS sur ce site, ou bien pas avec Fedex, en colis simple ça devrait passer.

De plus, quand vous contactez Bento&Co pour avoir des explications ou un geste financier, on vous dit 'vous n'aviez qu'à lire'

Firstly, talk about making an impression. I think this is the first review I've written since I was seventeen years old and new to eBay, so the fact that I'm writing a review really speaks to how much I loved my experience.
Not only did I love the bento boxes and products I received (so well-made, practical, and ADORABLE), but I loved ordering from Bento&co. I needed a pair of chopsticks switched out, and sent them an email (thinking, with my previous history with sellers, that I'd probably just have to buy an extra pair because they wouldn't get to my request in time) and they were SO QUICK to respond. It was done within a matter of hours, and the customer service was polite, efficient, and top-notch.
I chose express shipping and got my bento boxes in three days! That's faster than Amazon, half the time, and this was coming straight from Japan. I was amazed.
You can buy second-rate or third-rate bento boxes somewhere else, sure, but why settle when you can get first-rate products, first-rate service, and first-rate satisfaction? I'm 100% sold.

I have ordered here 2 times and have received a present from this store once.

Extrêmement déçue car je viens de recevoir une facture de droits et taxes de 31€!!!!!!!! Totale surprise que ce soit un envoi par FedEx alors que j’avais lu que c’était par la poste française. FedEx n’étant pas arrangeant de chez pas arrangeant, ce fut un festival pour récupérer mon colis. N’étant pas chez moi à la date imposée j’ai dû envoyer des mails et appeler pour me dépatouiller de tout ça. On convient d’un passage sur mon lieu de travail le vendredi, je m’arrange avec mon chef, et ils passent... le jeudi! Nullissime! Et en plus je reçois cette facture! Je vais déconseiller Bento&co à tous mes followers à cause de ça, croyez-moi bien! C’est du vol qualifié! Et oui, méfiez-vous aussi du couvercle qui ne passe pas au micro-ondes et fond!

Bonjour, je suis assez deçu. Tout d'abord, même si la boite à bento est jolie, ell ene passe pas au micro-onde, don cocuvercle a la poubelle a la première utilisation.
Et surprise, 30 jours après la reception, une facture de TVA de Fdex qui me réclame 29€ pour une commande de 110€. Je reste perplexe!

J'ai commandé 3 fois sur le site, réception rapide. Toujours bien emballé je ne suis jamais déçue. J'ai commandé plusieurs Bento, de la vaisselle (bols, assiettes..), des baguettes.. la qualité est top

The bento boxes are so cute and pretty! The website looks very nice and you’re able to find things really easy! I ordered a Kiki bento box and I’m thinking about getting a bag or wrapping cloth for it <3 the designs are just amazing and the pricing is pretty good.

Just received the studio Ghibli Miniatuart paper kit by Sankei, very happy with my purchase and exited to start on this project. The kit and everything inside is amazing with all the tiny details and a dream to make, lately been doing a lot of this kits and Bento & Co have a lot of variety of this kit. This one ( Moving Day Miniatuart from Totoro) specially was hard to find and was only able to get it here. It was shipped really fast and was often sent communication and notifications about the shipment, in all it was a good experience. The item came very safely packed, which I was very happy about and gives me confidence to order other items that might be fragile from them.

Nice experience buying from Bento&co, they have a great variety of Bento Boxes and accesories. Easy way placing order online. I get delivery always on time. Definitely I will cotinue my bento boxes collection with you.

Je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation, ni reçu de colis après 1 mois et demi d'attente, j'ai envoyé 3 mails à l'adresse indiquée demeurant sans réponses.. Je suis un peu inquiète. Je comprends que la crise sanitaire puisse retarder l'envoi, toutefois j'aurai apprécié pouvoir communiquer

J'ai bien tout reçu, la boite est magnifique, vraiment de très bonne facture et les furikake originaux et savoureux.
