I purchased this parasol as I wanted a large area of share and/or protection from light rain. Its working well and is able to handle quite windy conditions without getting blown over. I would recommend this. There was a minor issue with one of the water filled weights, but they replaced it immediately without quibble.

We have a large, exposed rooftop terrace and were looking for a big parasol that could withstand wind exposure. While we found many alternatives that were suspiciously cheap, we opted for Belveo in the hope of it being a higher quality product. And we were definitely not disappointed. It's a beautiful product, clever engineering and great quality. We also opted for the movable base with water thanks - it makes it very easy to move parasol around, which is amazing for such a big parasol. We are very happy with our purchase, as they say you get what you pay for...

We ordered on recommendations from the Belveo team but it was the wrong product sadly as the product was very nice. The refund process was slow and not that easy but we got there in the end.

Sorted out my issues and resolved my situation completely l. Great parasol that is way in advance of many other’s out here, we live in a very windy part of the UK and this parasol has handled everything Mother Nature has thrown at it.

Delivered promptly. Instructions could be better for putting bases together. We had 2 bases and only had instructions for 1 ! Parasol easy to put up and good coverage. Looks good to . We had wheel base easy to move around. Great product just need some sun !

We are very pleased with our parasol which looks fantastic and is great quality. Being able to keep it up on a windier day is also a huge bonus. The delivery was quick & customer services have been extremely helpful and friendly.

Looked all over for a strong parasol - not a cheap one that we were pretty sure wouldn't last.

Belveo from France came into the picture. Went through all the videos, reviews etc and decided to buy a very large 3m *4m cantilever; complete with moveable base and cover.

The cost wasn't cheap and I was hoping to get a strong and substantial unit when it arrived.

All products delivered on time, well packed and apart from a little guesswork easy to assemble. (The assembly paperwork can be made clearer as most assembly instructions can, but good enough.)

The parasol, (cover, arms and mast) all preassembled and was very heavy. Deffo better to have two people slide the pre-assembled canopy and 'mast' onto the fixing that you attach to the base.

Once all fitted...very easy to use! We've already seen the very good wind/gust resistance as per the videos. The aluminium mast reminds me of a yacht mast in it's construction and seems to be extremely strong under the pressure and strains. Even creaks a little under the stresses just like a yacht mast!

The base...having loaded it with sand (get a few bags!) and topped up with water to get the best ground weight... was very easy to wind up and down and move around to try and find the best 'home' spot'

Longevity? Well it looks as if it'll be with us for many years.

Well engineered, really easy to operate and we love it! Seems well worth the cost ATM!

Excellent service, great communications. Fantastic product. Works perfectly on our windy deck.

I ordered a cantilever parasol online from Belveo. The order process was pretty straightforward, and i received the parasol, base and cover in about 4 working days. The delivery service was very good, and i put the Parasol together the following weekend. Only once it was set up i realised the canopy colour was Taupe and not the Charcoal Grey as ordered, so on the Monday i contacted their customer service team by e-mail and within the day they had ordered a replacement canopy to be sent out. The initial service was good, and the mistake rectified swiftly. Great service, and now i have a spare canopy as well.

The Parasol seems to be well constructed and was easy to assemble and operate.

Still not got goods despite being promised for 23rd May.

Good quality umbrella and strong base. Hopefully will do better than previous umbrellas.

Superb quality product. Ordered a wheelable base with it as a bundle. Would have given it the full five stars if the installation instructions had been clearer.

Well made product, well packed and very quick delivery but the instructions were a little confusing - they also responded very quickly to a support request so well done for that!

Brilliant product, very well engineered with lots of cool features. Easy to build (use youtube video instead of/alongside paper instructions).
