Belfastbedsuperstore Bewertungen

Placed an order with them for two expensive pillows. One week later I’m still waiting, not just for delivery, but for any information regarding delivery. I’ve sent several emails to their support address with no response at all. Would not recommend.

Very helpful when we were in the store and afterwards when we had questions. Thanks.

The sale person was very friendly and knowledgeable very impressed with him

Polite, friendly & informative

Advice given when asked for and sale conducted with no ptressure.

Great value, excellent service

I love Belfast superstore me and my family we have always shopped there since the 80’s. I remember going to the Belfast store in Cambridge St. Andrew’s street in town with my Mum great memories . They don’t have shops like these anymore . I love supporting a family run business , and I’m so glad that they still exist since 1905? ( I’ve been told ) if you go to the bed store down laundry lane Cambridge ,you can see all the pictures hang on the wall of the different stores they had and one in France too! 😃great place great quality -Thank you

Always find we have a great experience with Belfast beds. So helpful, so reliable

Great experience every time this
Is our 5the bed we ordered from Belfast beds

Josh served us at the Cambridge unit, and gave us time to consider which bed and divan would suit us, providing very helpful advice on materials and springing type. Once we had settled on the bed/divan we discussed price and delivery and agreed a competitive price for the deal . Overall this outlet is very well stocked and the support from Josh was first class. Very pleased to recommend Belfast Beds in Cambridge, thank you.

Always easy always friendly and give you options and show you better and cheaper if necessary not money hungry company.

Great variety good prices

Simple and quick to deal with.
Great prices.
Would re commend.

Professionalism, no pressure to buy, knowledgeable staff, all questions answered satisfactorily.

Great customer service . Jack, left me to look around and try out the beds. There was no pressure, and he lent me a tape measure and answered all my queries.

The bed didn't arrive within the expected time frame but no update was provided until I called. This isn't a huge problem but it helps plan the week if we know what's likely to happen.

Good quality mattress with reasonable prices without long queues

Josh was very friendly and approachable, from the moment I walked into the showroom. Listened attentively to my needs and requirements and without being pushy, recommended 4 mattresses that he felt would meet my needs, and I leisurely laid on them.

It came down to a choice between 2, but very happy with my final choice and price paid. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new mattress, along with a good nights sleep and feeling refreshed in the morning.

A wide and varied selection of mattresses on display in the showroom.

V efficient and friendly service
