Delivered our sofa today. Great service from the delivery guys! Top job!

My wife and I received our new sofa yesterday. We love it, and it’s incredibly comfortable and had been sitting on the floor for a few days so having it arrive on the agreed day and morning slot was great news.
The shop staff were incredibly friendly along with the delivery drivers who were helpful and respectful to our property when bringing in the sofa. Overall a great customer service.

The delivery drivers were very helpful and brought all the pieces in and set it up well. There were issues that the manufacturing was faulty as two clamps to hold my Romeo leather corner sofa together were in the wrong place so they had to remove those and readjust them to fit. Other than this it’s a good sofa, but the delivery team were brilliant at resolving this for me.

Great choice of furniture and savings. Denise was very helpful and made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend 👌

Upon visiting Trio we were looking for a mattress, we had a nice look around, then Josh appeared and asked us if he could help in anyway, so we discussed some mattresses suited to our needs, then we stumbled across other furniture we liked, we ended on doing a deal and we not await our delivery.

Always very helpful and excellent service in the shop with advice on carpets and pricing. Prompt appointments for fitting. Fitters always arrive when booked and excellent fitting, polite and efficient. We keep returning because we receive such good service.

From the moment we walked into Trio they treated us like valued customers. After a brief "can I help you?" from the floor sales they left us alone to browse and relax amongst the many many varieties of furniture. We finally selected our corner suite and were delighted at the reasonable price. Two weeks later it arrived in our front room. The Trio delivery staff are top notch, on thier game and so friendly. It took around 20 minutes to install it.
The 1st suite we had had a design fault in it that we weren't happy with so we sent pics and asked what remedies were available to us, we didn't want a refund and 2 weeks later another suite arrived.... with the same design fault!! We rang again and although one of the managers was less than polite another suite arrived yet another 2 weeks later. This time the original fault wasn't apparent and we are delighted with our corner suite.
Everyone, bar one person, from Trio has been amazing, polite, friendly and professional.
Would I shop here again? Yes, yes I would.

We have just had excellent customer service from Denise and Richard at Trio Furnishings. Really helpful, very informative and was able to purchase the product exactly what we wanted at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Trio Furnishings.

Picked up a voucher I won from their Facebook page and was surprised how much stock they have in store. Had not been in for some time but will be checking back again soon ... Even found the perfect rug !! Friendly and very helpful staff made it a pleasure to visit 🙂

Went to trio’s furnishings yesterday to have a look at sofas.
What an amazing shop all the staff are so friendly, you walk in and you are greeted by a member of staff who only ask if your ok, I just said I was looking and it was so lovely not to be pestered they just let me look around, I was in there for quite a while, but eventually found what I was looking for a beautiful leather sofa.
The young gentleman who helped was called Josh and what a lovely young gentleman very professional, very kind and wasn’t pushy at all, he made the whole experience very enjoyable and he did me an absolute amazing deal on what I wanted, Thank you Josh keep up the good work, you are a credit to the company.

I took my mom to get a new sofa as she had recently moved and had nothing. Josh came over and answered all the questions we had and after we explained my mom's situation helped us find a sofa she loved that was available to be delivered much quicker than the others. He was polite professional and had a great sense of humour making us laugh throughout the process.

Id also like to mention a lady who's name I have forgot. She said she was retired but did a few shift every now again. She helped me find my new sofa and again was so friendly, down to earth and very funny! Again it was a lovely experience.

Trio gave us brilliant service and attention to detail. Joshua, in particular, was awesome, looked after us very well and made sure we were satisfied with our orders. Ordered item as was showing in stock, when I rang to chase delivery was told not in stock, but they managed to locate one and promptly sent it so we were very happy

Went to Trio today looking for a mattress. Had seen one at another store but was ridiculous price, found the perfect one here. Spoke to a gentleman called Josh who helped me pick a bed. I’m limited to space in my bedroom and needed a certain style and needed to find a colour to match my newly decorated bedroom. Josh helped me find one that was absolutely perfect and had everything I needed. Estimated delivery will be super quick. Happy to have come away knowing I’ve finally got the perfect choice in bed and mattress
