attempted to purchase a charging deal. used multiple cards for transaction, which were declined. Contacted customer service, who said they would investigate and get back to me and they never did . Oh for the record my card wasn't declined when I paid full price that day! absolute

I've just checked and the chargers at Duke of Gloucester are currently online and available for use. However, if you do experience any issues while you’re at the site, please call our Driver Support line on 0800 917 3208, who can investigate and help you there and then.

The last couple of charging at your…
The last couple of charging at your dunelm station Rochdale hasn’t been great. The machines kept restarting and it was quite frustrating under the rain .

Better then Applegreen by far!
After leaving an Applegreen charger that was telling me it would take 4+ hours to charge my car with a support number that led to a full mailbox, the customer service lady for Be.ev was a lifesaver. The area had a power cut and the chargers were rebooting. She guided me to a working one and stayed to ensure my charging was working. 20 minutes later my son, dog and I were back on the road. Thank you for having a real and lovely human who actually helped available.

Download the APP after a google search, search returned download app for 50% off your first 2 charges.
Registered said app but only given 15% off the first charge. Filled in a feedback form to be then contacted by BEEV to ask were I saw advert,I gave all details to them to be told they will try and remove the details.
Didn’t even offer the deal to me for taking the time to highlight this, just told they have great offers and that’s it.
Not sure I will use this app now will probably just delete it
