Used to be okay, not anymore.
This company used to be pretty good, but have been terrible the last couple of times I’ve ordered. My most recent order in particular has been a “comedy” of errors: Delayed shipping, missing items, unapproved substitutions, chasing after required for action, and now they are claiming something was included in a package that was not (and which had previously been acknowledged as still owed to me.) I placed this order on the 6th of February, received part of it on the 15th, only just received most of the remainder today (March 9th), after chasing up, and am still missing an item! All I want is what I’ve ordered. Nothing more and nothing less. I don’t think that’s unreasonable.
Update 15th March: After some additional back and forth, I was eventually able to sufficiently prove I had never received the missing item in question. To their credit they did then send it out, and have apologised for the inconvenience. Because all’s well that ends well, I have upped my rating from a bad 1 star to a neutral 3, but would still advise using a different supplier for your Indian grocery needs if you can as this one has become very unreliable.

Order placed on 31st Jan got a response email on 10th after chasing on order update. saying no stock and further to that no response whatsoever and finally had to claim back money via transaction dispute on good... i will get back my money in 10days
