It’s so hit and miss
It’s so hit and miss, they never have everything I need in stock! So annoying, especially when you have limited time and want to do your Indian shopping in one go! I have tried and tried but things haven’t changed so unfortunately won’t be shopping here again..

When i placed my order, no emails to say the order was on its way, except the day before the delivery arrived.
I made a few calls, left voicemail messages but nothing, sent messages on their website, asking someone to ring me back, but nothing. Rang again, then eventually someone picked up

Poor packaging
All 4 packets of paani puri has been crushed. I hope they take it back. Got the images of the parcel when opened. It’s of no use.

Please know that we take great care in packaging all of our products, including using extra padding, fragile tape and a fragile courier service to ensure safe delivery. In fact, we deliver pani puris to restaurants and caterers across the UK in the same way without issues.
It’s clear that in this instance, the courier did not handle the parcel as expected and we will be following this up with them immediately. We will keep you informed of the investigation into this matter.

DO NOT ORDER!! Horrendous Service!
Absolutely horrendous service! Placed my order on the 7th of August, they never shipped it. When I contacted them over a week later they informed me they didn’t have packaging for frozen items and promised they would be shipping earlier this week. It’s already Friday, I haven’t received any shipping information, BUT I did email them as well to get an update and there has been no response!! How can you just keep someone’s money and not even bother letting them know what’s going on?!!
