A fantastic experience purchasing a replacement shower engine from Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Live chat service was an actual person rather than a Bot and delivery was next day which was no extra.
Replacement part through aqualisa direct was over a hundred pound more, no difference in what Bathroom's and Showers Direct were/are selling.
Overall a fantastic company 👍🏻

However having read previous reviews I phoned to check that they had stock, then placed an order at 9.30 on Friday. delivery scheduled by carrier for Tuesday. I was truely astonished when delivery was actually made by 3pm Saturday. Exceptionally well done Bathrooms and Showers Direct and your cariers dpd. Amazing service alround.

Very helpful and friendly on the phone when I queried the price of a baby Belfast sink and strainer waste “bundle”. The bundle price was greater than the two individual items when purchased separately! I ordered the two items and they arrived the next day, well packaged and in good order. Excellent service, thank you.

I had Rang couple of companies before and they never seem to be bothered! But she understood me , helped me and got back to me as promised. Such a bright young lady.
