Not a good experience
Not had a good experience with Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Placed my order for a toilet and sink on 6th April. Had good communication from Becky to inform me that my order will be shipped directly from the supplier and they will be in touch. Was then advised of the delivery date, all good so far. Then the products were delivered. The pieces were packed terribly and as a result were in several pieces. How the delivery driver didn’t see this I don’t know. I then reported the delivery was damaged on 18th April and sent photos of the terrible packaging and my items in pieces. I had a response on 22nd April (next working day as was Easter weekend) with an apology and told that my order had been refunded and will be in my account in 2 working days. I was also told the courier would collect the goods on Thursday 24th April. This collection didn’t happen, I was then told on the phone it would definitely be collected on the Friday. Again this didn’t happen so am now left with a pallet full of broken bathroom products in my garden for over a week. The explanation I got was that the courier ‘forgot’ to collect. Goods were finally collected on Monday 28th. Worth noting it was a third party courier but it was me that had to keep chasing for answers. The part that I find terrible is that despite being told my refund had been processed on 22nd April I still have not received it. I asked why and was told it was processed yesterday (28th) so not sure why I was told this incorrect information which is clearly not true. At the time of writing I still have no refund and no explanation why. I will now have to take this up with my bank to try and get my nearly £300 back. Ashame as seemed like a decent company who have been let down by a third party supplier and delivery company, but not sure why they did it process refund when they said they had and still feel it necessary to hold on to my money. I would definitely not recommend

Cost was less than other quotes ( Amazon was £200 more expensive).
Read other reviews where customers thought company was holding their money with no hope of delivery but that certainly wasn’t the case.
Item was genuine Duravit part.
Can’t recommend company enough and will not hesitate to deal with them again.

I ordered a wc cistern which unfortunately had a manufacturing fault, this was of course completely beyond the control of Bathrooms and Showers Direct. I contacted them about the issue, which was resolved immediately. As a tradesman its good to use a company that deals with issues like this promptly. I was extremely happy with the way this was dealt with and will most definitely purchase from them again. I would highly recommend.

I bought a DURAVIT STARCK 3 SOFT CLOSE SEAT WHITE and my experience was extremely positive. Price was similar to the lowest in the market but the delivery costs were much lower and the delivery much quicker. Took 25 hours to receive the product, while the competition would take a week. I needed a couple of corrections on the invoice (I forgot to provide all the information when I made the order) and they extremely patient and helpful. Strongly recommended!

Recieved completely different item to the sales images.
Bought a Toilet Seat £70 including delivery. The Seat that was delivered was compatible with my toilet; though a totally different model with plastic hinges instead of metal. general lower quality than presented on the sales page. the Respondent to my query had me first take pictures. I agreed and took very careful pictures which they would later dispute that I'd captured the hinges clearly. which was ridiculous. after the pictures were sent. I had a response saying "We have sent you the right seat." after further communication. they made out the sales images were sub-value of importance as long as the code was correct. which it was apparently. so they weren't interested in acknowledging any fault. they suggested I arrange and pay for recorded service by courier and its return. they were absolutely horrible to deal with. ignoring any valid question. and responding with irrelevant useless information. would not recommend
if there is some kind of seller explanation to this negative review. they may say that I was rude. and I would like to paste the exact message they are refurring to so you can read it for yourself:

you display an item. then send a different one. thats confusing for you? then you really don't belong in sales!" they next sent an email saying they were no longer willing to communicate

Difficult so far but will hopefully improve.
On the 8th of we asked for confirmation of two questions about a shower tray before we order. I've not had confirmation yet on the 17th of the same month, despite chasing a number of times.

Liars
Advertised that they had stock of a toilet and cistern, paid for order and received different toilet without the cistern that was on the order. Phoned them to report wrong toilet and missing cistern, they told me that it was never in stock and didn't have an expected delivery date. Now i have to wait for them to collect the wrong toilet and wait for 3-5 days after that for my refund. Not great service and no chance of repeat business from myself.

Excellent customer service, I had a toilet seat with a fault they quickly contacted the manufacturer and after supplying photos the manufacturer sent out a replacement to bathroom and shower direct, to prevent delays Bathroom and shower direct sent me a replacement from stock to reduce the delay on delivery. A First class service.
