Ordered a seat in July haven’t received it or a reason why tried calling no answer not Japan all

Paid £112 for a bathroom mirror and was informed by phone it was in stock. Later received e-mail saying out of stock and restock would be 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks later I phoned and received e-mail saying they were in administration. Do not use this company. Con merchants.

Items were listed as in stock, but were actually out of stock. I agreed for them to be placed on back order then 10 days later the company went into provisional liquidation

Order placed as items showed as available. Email a few days later saying not in stock, did I want to wait or to cancel and get refund. Requested cancellation and refund. Cancellation request confirmed but no refund. After chasing, have reverted to my bank requesting a chargeback although have since found out company now in liquidation so who knows if I’ll ever see my money back.
And to top it off I’m asked for a review!

They appear to have stolen my money. They are utterly awful to deal with. Now telling me they are in liquidation???

After waiting five weeks for my order, I contacted you to be told that Bathroom Planet had gone into Liquidation, so no order fulfilled and no money refunded, suggest rating minus minus minus zero

You stole my money. I purchased a wash basin and paid the money. After two days, you sent an email to me and you said that the product I purchased is out of stock and I have two options, waiting for more days or cancel the order. I chose cancel my order. You said that I will get my refund after three days.
After three days, I didn’t get my refund and you sent an email that your company is under liquidation. Until this moment, I didn’t get my refund. Your company is scam and you are thieves. A big shame on you. You are burglars.

You took my money then told me items I’d ordered were out of stock then never refunded me despite my following up for 3 weeks, then went into administration. How you can take customer money when you know you don’t have the stock and know you’re heading into administration is morally repugnant.

The company has gone into receivership and did not deliver the last part of my order before doing so just fobbing me off saying that the items were on back order. Don't ever use if they ever reappear

You’ve literally gone bust and not paid me back or delivered

Buying the product was fine, however, I needed to return it and get a refund- it took them 14 days to process the refund and then on the 12th day the company went into administration. No-one is answering the phone and automatic replies for email are coming back, so I am out of pocket and have no product.

Outstanding monies refunded through credit card charge back. The bank were very good.
I have submited a referal to Action Fraud in relation to Bathroom Planet as I suspect this was a fraudulent company.
The referal to Action Fraud is done on line and very easy, the more customers who have feel they have been defrauded by the company submit a referal to Action Fraud the more chance of an investigation being started

After ordering, the company contacted us to say our goods were not in stock and would take 4 weeks. We agreed to wait. In the meantime the company went into liquidation and we have not had any contact or received our money back. We have had to re-order elsewhere at even more cost.

Never buy from this company they fake. They told they deliver my bathroom units in 2 weeks in July took my money never heard from them. We are in end August have emailed numerous times and called them they don't answer.

You NEVER GAVE REFUND as you couldn’t get my order you let me pay said you were refunding I chased several times now you say you are in LIQUIDATION so still trying to get refund!!!!!!!

Gone bust. Im down £400.
