Contacted Bates home solutions for removal of waste. Was given a really reasonable quote with the added bonus of not having to lift a finger ourselves as the team it did all! Booked in really quickly and when the day arrived the Bates team were highly professional arrived on time and were finished within the hour. Highly recommend and will use there services in the future.

I got quotes from numerous companies and this without doubt was the best. The guys were all respectful of the items they were moving and all of them were professional throughout even when they encountered some difficult situations.

Oliver and team were punctual and so hard working. They came and packed and dismantled furniture the day before we moved and I would highly recommend this service. The day of the move went so smoothly and we were happily set up in our new home very quickly. Couldn’t recommend them more, don’t hesitate.

I wasn't sure if I needed the moving company to pack my stuff and take it to the new home. I'm so glad my friend recommended Bates Solutions! Great bunch of guys. They arrived early on Friday to pack my belongings and take away the furniture I wanted to dispose of. After four hours my flat was full of carefully packed boxes. They came back the next morning to move the boxes to the new place leaving each box in a designated room. They even carried my mum's luggage upstairs as she flew in to help with my move. Mario also fixed the door for a built in fridge freezer. All the guys went above and beyond. The best money I've ever spent. Thank you Oliver and the team for making the move much easier to cope with. Would not have done this without you.
