Reece and his team were amazing, after very short notice they jumped into action. The team were efficient and professional. Worked with us as we packed our last items. They protected all the floors and managed to get everything out and in with minimal fuss and no damage. Thanks again guys.

Really great service and well worth the money. We had 4 very professional and polite (and strong!) guys turn up with 2 vans. They had a difficult job with me living on the 4th floor with no lift and very heavy bits of big furniture and they moved everything with care. Would highly recommend. Took the stress out of moving

I used Bates Home Solutions when i moved house. These guys couldn't do enough to help me,they came the day before and packed things for me. They were very professional, polite, caring, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even moved all my garden stuff for me which other companies wouldn't do. All the stress of the day was taken away by them. I moved over 300 miles away so it was big ordeal for me. I arranged for them to get into my new property and unload before i got there which was a huge relief. When i eventually got there i was greeted by 4 smiling faces. They went above and beyond to make my day stress free. I would highly recommend this company 100%.

Thank you very much for making our house move so seamless. You were friendly and professional from the outset. It was great to meet the team and have a chance to discuss any issues specific to our move and property. Nothing was too much effort for the removals team and everything from start to finish went perfectly.

With a young family moving house can be an anxious time but our experience with you was the complete opposite. The team were very efficient and friendly. They were so thoughtful with the things left unpacked for the children.
As a result the morning of the move we had everything we needed to start the day with as little interruption as possible.

On arrival at our new house all the boxes ended up in exactly the right place giving us the chance to unpack quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Amazing reliable and quick service. I had an emergency with an item not being collected by someone on the day I was handing keys back to landlord and I'd moved ut of the area. Reece and his business went to my property with my friend with our key within 2 hours and got us out of a massive hole. Since the business has expanded but the same ethos of quality service delivery is upheld. Well done Reece
