Easy to use service. I always find the information I am looking for very quickly. The ability to then save documents, and get updates as and when they happen, saves me so much time. The customer service is also fast and accurate.

Barbour is an invaluable resource for us as we try to implement effective and compliant H&S across the globe. Easy to use, comprehensive and with a great team who are always on hand to discuss issues and advise - it's one of the best investments we've made.

My company has worked with Barbour EHS only for a couple of years. I never usually complete reviews but I felt obliged too due to the incredible service and assistance I have received. Apart from the monthly Environmental bulletins that I'm signed-up too, it's the level of service which is just as inspiring. For example recently I had an issue with the bulletins not coming through to y email account. However I have since realised it was my fault for not re-activating my account wen instructed to do so. After a couple of emails with the Barbour EHS Abbie Liddle I decided it's best to talk on the phone (I'm old school and always prefer to speak person-to-person). Abbie was exceptionally helpful and everything got resolved within a few minutes. I am up and running and all is great. I would strongly recommend using Barbour EHS, not only for the exceptional information I receive but also for the exceptional service.

I have been using Barbour for many years and can not fault the support and assistance that is always made available to us (Thanks Katherine Marlton!!) along with the great content to assist us with compliance. Keep up the good work.

We have used Barbour EHS for several years now. The web platform includes the legislation for many of the countries that we work within and there is masses of guidance and support documentation, some of which we have used to create our own internal guidance. All of the Barbour staff we have dealt with have been very committed and passionate in supporting our use of the web tool and providing training support and will actively contact us with follow up calls (which we often need). Legal compliance is a huge topic and Barbour have been a huge help!

The system is an excellent reference library but also has some great functionality meaning you can be automatically updated on information that is of interest.

Barbour is a great tool but what really sets it apart is the support from the team, they are always willing to support with the training of new users and sharing best practice. Thank you!

Barbour is a really helpful worldwide regulatory monitoring platform of health and safety legislation. It is very helpful for my team & I who manage approx 55 subsidiaries around the world. It contains any brief instructions, best practices, links to the legal systems of various nations, and certain cases or jurisprudence. My contact the Head of Customer Care is very is excellent!!! Prompt and efficient.

We value Barbour for its access to a wide range of health and safety, environmental, facilities management and fire documents. Tools provided to help with day to day tasks such as auditing and briefings are very valuable. Barbour is very much embedded into our workflow. Barbour is frequently used across our business, primarily supporting our health, safety and FM functions. The system is easy to use, supported by a client manager who is available to swiftly respond to any system related questions or additional needs, such as access to specialist documents which were not on the system. We are planning to expand our functionality, so we can get the most of what Barbour offers. The one thing to keep an eye on is the licensed user details, recognising the ebb and flow of the workforce. That aside, we would recommend the system as a useful business support tool.

An excellent platform for environmental legal updates and a brilliant team who help me make sense of the legal jargon, always very responsive and helpful to answer any of my questions.
