Excellent experience
Having dealt with Barbour in the past I am in currently looking to introduce this back into my new company.
Dealing with Mary and other members of the Barbour team my experience has always been exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff are only a call away. Nothing appears to be to much trouble and any minor issues have been dealt with with quickly and effectively.
I would recommend their service to anyone.

Strong Guidance and Support for Navigating Barbour EHS
Barbour EHS is a valuable resource for keeping on top of health, safety and environmental legislation, providing comprehensive coverage and regular updates. While I sometimes find the system a little clunky to navigate, the support from their Head of Customer Care, Sharon Higgins, has been outstanding.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, despite limited use Barbour are trying to enforce a contract renewal. Threatening legal action rather than negotiating an exit. I would recommend avoiding this business.

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience.
As discussed, we sent out your renewal letter 2 months before your renewal date and asked you to notify us within 45 days if you did not wish to continue (as outlined in your contract). As we didn’t hear back within that timeframe, your contract was renewed to ensure you didn't lose access. This is standard practice across information providers, with some requiring up to 6 months’ notice.
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to talk it through.

The sales advisor Rebecca, was knowledgeable and informative and took the time to go through the documents available to me.
Once agreed I had access to everything within 48 hours.
