Bankinter 

Like previous reviewers money that was transfered to bankinter did not show in my account.When queried about this they could not give reason for this.
The amount in question was a refund from a transaction using bankinter credit card.They have now emailed a form to me to submit to the credit card department with this query for me to pursue. It is not for me to chase this up, but Bankinter. Waiting for a response.

Reclaman una deuda tarjeta revolving Vodafone Bankinter ya pagada en el año 2022.
Yo no sé si es de ellos o de sus compañeros de lexer abogados, los que cobran recobros de deudas, puesto que Bankinter se deshace de las deudas que estén impagadas y ya pagadas en el juzgado como fue mi caso con los abogados de reclamapormi.
Después de 2 años ahora Bankinter vuelve de nuevo a reclamarme una deuda que ya fue pagada en el año 2022.
O sea que si os venden la milonga de haceros una tarjeta Vodafone Bankinter pensaoslo muy bien porque con esta gentuza al final todo son problemas, y, se deshace de las deudas, ya sean impagadas o pagadas en el juzgado que a ellos les da absolutamente igual.
O sea, que os lo penséis, que os venderán milongas sobre la tarjeta Vodafone Bankinter pero luego no te dicen la letra pequeña de Bankinter.

Bankinter me dejó tirado en el último momento y casi pierdo mi casa
Bankinter ha sido la peor decisión que pude tomar para gestionar mi hipoteca. Durante tres meses me aseguraron que todo estaba en orden, firmé el acta de transparencia en notaría y fijaron la fecha para la firma de escrituras. Confiando en ellos, rescindí mi contrato de alquiler y preparé la mudanza.

Pero un día antes del vencimiento del contrato de arras, me exigieron un documento imposible de obtener, bloqueando la operación en el último minuto. Nunca antes lo habían mencionado.

Esto casi me deja sin casa, me obligó a buscar financiación de urgencia con otro banco a través de un broker hipotecario y me hizo perder miles de euros. Lo más grave es que otro banco me concedió la hipoteca sin ese supuesto requisito, lo que demuestra que Bankinter se lo inventó o no tenía ni idea de lo que estaba haciendo.

Cuando reclamé, simplemente se lavaron las manos diciendo que "es su protocolo". Pésima gestión, falta de transparencia y cero responsabilidad.

⚠️ Si estás pensando en una hipoteca con Bankinter, piénsatelo bien. Pueden arruinarte la operación en el último momento sin asumir ninguna culpa.

Terrible bank. Has repeatedly refused to close my account, unless I first fly down to southern Spain and visit the exact office I opened the account in. Has not answered questions about the account, including about outsanding fees. Simply ignored any questions, made it seem OK and let the interest multiply until eventually they sold the debt to some debt collector.
A real headache to get rid of. Feels good to leech euros off of more or less abducted customers I guess.

Absolutely disgusting I cannot give -10 stars one is the worst I can leave and that word in no way be close to my experience with them arrogant rude unhelpful, incompetent and much much worse. I got to the bank to do a bank transfer for a car purchase it was two minutes before closing. I live 50 minutes away. The man who works in the mid 30s just completely refused to see us and told us to return at 8:30 the next day so we arranged to meet the seller at my bank to do a direct transfer so that we could take the car Instantly we got there at 8:35 and the doors were locked. He came to the doors let us in to the first little booth where I think it is some kind of security entrance but would not let us into the bank we were kept standing inside there for about 20 minutes , no explanations were not very happy then once we were let into the bank we were told to sit down because they were not ready to see us. It was turned at 9 o’clock by this point. I went to the kiosk when I was called over. I took the lady who I was buying the car off. I told him it had to be an instant transfer. He told me that this was an instant transfer and that it would take approximately one hour to show up in her account. he filled in the paperwork and his writing was like a three year old completely illegible when we got to the ladies house to wait for the money to clear after about 1 1/2 hours. I had a phone call from the bank saying that the details don’t match on the account of the seller but when I looked at the paperwork he had written in completely the wrong details. It was his fault so we had done all that for absolutely nothing , we had made a deposit payment previously and because we had the bank details we did that over the phone needless to say the money never came we sat around in Villa Martin until 3 o’clock that afternoon so I jumped in the car and went over to the bank that we were told was open till 4:30 to find the bank was locked so I kept pressing on the buzzer because I could see lights on and a woman came out. I saw inside the man who had completely ruined the trend action run-off into the background and this little Rottweiler came out with a piece of paper would not let me into the bank refuse point blank contact the head office told me that that was up to me to do that I do forget sometimes these people are not aware that it is myself who pay their wages. They are there to represent you as a member of that Bank this woman was completely vile. Do not use them go to another bank. I am currently shopping around for somewhere else to put in our investments and savings because I wouldn’t trust this lot , to finance A Mars bar.

Experiencia nefasta contratas la tarjeta y es imposible abonar el crédito y darla de baja, me concedieron 300€ y llevo meses pagando y además les interesa que devuelvas los recibos por los intereses de demora.
La app es nula nunca funciona.
Y la atención telefónica tiene orden de pedirte una clave que nadie sabe cual es?
Por mucho que les des todos tus datos.
Tendré que denunciar al banco de España.
Es una fraude, no la contrates.

Banktinder keep sending me letters to my address in the name of the previous occupier of my address. I have told them multiple times that they moved house 5 years ago and for the last 3 years plus, they have continued to send me letters. This is a breach of personal data. I wouldn't trust them with personal details as they will send letters to the wrong address containing personal and private information. Their customer service is rubbish and they ignore requests to stop sending incorrect letters

Bankinter is double charging. The retained payments from shopping that has yet to arrive, is charged a second time from non retained amount.

On top of this, money returns from shopping have is not reflected on my bank account balance, while they are shown as effectuated.

They have stolen like this €1000 euros.

When you do many transactions their system either stops working properly or is rigged to steal with out you noticing.

Use revolut or BBVA

Una mi..da de banco, tengo 2 hipotecas con ellos, les pido un documento para poder acabar de reclamar los gastos hipotecarios que me faltan y se niegan a ello.

Scammed by supplier on my Debit card and the Bank were useless to resolve - just waiting my time to change banks

ESTAFA. Me llama una comercial indicando que me va a informar sobre que tengo la posibilidad de usar "traspaso de efectivo a mi cuenta", me pone un ejemplo de que en ese momento podría hacer uso de 2.700€ y me indica qué mensualidades me quedarían....Sin consentir en ningún momento contratar tal servicio, me encuentro al dia siguiente que me han hecho un traspaso de esa cantidad. No hay forma de hablar con nadie, relleno formulario de reclamación y me contestan qué pasos puedo seguir para cancelar mi tarjeta...o sea, que no me dan respuesta. "Trasteando" por mi área privada en su web, he encontrado la forma de amortizar el capital, pero no se cobra hasta primeros de mes y encima del sofocón y el mal rato, me cobran 5€ de intereses desde el día que me han hecho la transferencia hasta el día de cargo en cuenta del importe de la tarjeta. Si fuese una persona mayor, estaría pagando intereses como si de un préstamo personal se tratase...muy grave todo.

Pedido un préstamo. Todo bien, enviado documentación etc. . Ha fallado por no tener DNI. Que desde 2003 para personas de la unidad europea nones obligatorio. No les sirve el pasaporte en validez. Sistema muy antiguo y muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo para nada. No dan solución

A night mare. Bankinter blocked my visa card two months before it would expire for no reason with only one night of notice. Customer service told me I will get a new credit card, that was 15 days ago, not received it yet. Phoned my branch this morning, the lady was more than unfriendly. Try to find a better bank in my area.

No caigais en manos de esta gente,no escucheis sus palabras amables,lo único que buscan es que contrates con ellos para chuparte hasta la última moneda.yo no he caído pero si estimas tu dinero huye de esta gente,te atraen con unos intereses atractivos para después ponerte el más alto y a partir de ahí engañarte para endosarte un interés que roza la usura

Me cobran un cargo de 35 eur de gestión cuando me giran un recibo de 106 eur y según ellos viene devuelto NO lo entiendo pues saldo hay y el resto de recibos mi banco los ha pagado sin problema , con BANKINTER imposible hablar vamos una auténtica vergüenza . Solución pagar el recargo y anularles todo 😡

BANKINTER tiene la peor aplicación para móviles de todas las entidades financieras con las que he trabajado. Y pasan los meses y no la mejoran en absoluto. VERGONZOSO.

It is a shame that 1 star is the lowest rating because Bankinter genuinely merit a minus rating. I am an international travelling business man and have banked with Bankinter for over 20 years. Shocking does not describe this bank or their services, or lack of it. They virtually never reply to mails or care about client problems. they have locked my account twice in the past 5 years with no warning at all because they wanted some documents or other which had never been requested, they just lock the account and you have to find out when bills are not paid because the account runs dry. Inward payments are blocked but they keep these payments. When I called or emailed dozens of times from overseas they never answered. I had to get a legal rep from Spain to actually walk into the branch over there and try to rectify on my behalf. I wanted to close the account and move to another bank but I have not been in Spain long enough to be able to do that yet but I will. I have banked via business with several international banks and even in country's that are very back ward but Bankinter are absolutely the worlds worst and sadly really don't care don't even care. If you have a need to open a bank account in Spain DO NOT use this lot.

We have had a very bad experience with this bank. This year we lost my brother in law, and he had an account with the la marina branch. My other half had power of attorney will my brother in law was in hospital with terminal cancer we had to stop his account as an old girlfriend of his had got hold of his card and taken money from his account. That was the only thing that had been done properly. After he passed my other half was the only person to inherit. So now the problems start! They opened an account for him to have the balance transfered to him in an account there told us that it must be in an investment account. Monica was very happy with him to open this account ( first month lost 700euros) then it came to paying inheritance tax omg. It had all been sorted with the gesture how much to pay took the paper work to branch (2 hours drive from where we live) they said yes we will pay this, this never happened 2 weeks before the 6 months you have to pay the tax without charges were told by Monica that they weren't on the system to pay the tax. We went online and were able to transfer the amount to our own banks account(10 euros charge for transfer) and paid the tax, after which we went back to our .gestor to give her the receipt. We got a screaming phone call from Monica saying we had to return the money as it was against the law to take that money out, even though we could get into the account ourselves. Monica was incredibly rude to us, our gestor she had obviously mucked up as all of a sudden we couldn't get back into the account. We wanted to shut the account, can't do that in another branch but could transfer the money into our account at a charge of 140 euros, but had to go to the branch in la marina

ALL TOGETHER A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER MY BROTHER IN LAWS DEATH . THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. RUDENESS, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT
DONT STEP FOOT IN THIS DISGRACEFUL EXCUSE FOR A BANK. WHEN COMPLAINING TO THE MANAGER THE ONLY REPLY WAS WELL YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fatal ,te cansas de dar datos y al final se bloquea.
