I recently subscribed to BakerBoxx and couldn't be happier! The bake-at-home recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are always fresh and high-quality.

Each month brings new and exciting treats to try. It’s a fun way to enjoy baking at home, and I love the convenience of having everything delivered. Highly recommend!

What a great concept! I purchased the subscription service for myself and wow I really am impressed so far - from the product/recipes I have received, packaging, delivery and prompt response to some questions I had initially I couldn’t recommend more. This really has made Christmas easy this year as it will make a great gift for a number of my family members! Thank you!!

Impossible to solve my problem as this company wont respond to either the chat box or an email or supply a telephone number. my order has been stuck for months.
Since I wrote this review Bakerboxx have contacted me and very efficiently fixed my problem.
I am now happy with the outcome. and would give them 3 stars.

Very simplistic, would suit a toddler

This is such a great idea . I received my subscription as a gift and was so excited to get started . The whole way that the package was organised made the baking straight forward ... for a novice with asperations ! . I am so looking forward to my next boxx . I had a few questions to ask and l received prompt responses from this company . Very happy with my experience and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend them .

Pretty poor. Clearly a start-up, so I make some allowance made for that, but it's really not acceptable to not have any channels that can respond in a timely manner to a customer query.
In this case, neither their chat or email responded for several days, and even then, their approach was defensive, rather than empathetic and customer focussed.
As a consequence, I've cancelled my order for now, but may come back when they've got their act together, as it's a nice concept.

This site is so great it legit I love it. My family is poor. We don’t have a lot of money. I would love to win $500 just sent to my family back in my mother is very poor, but I would love to send her that kind of money, but I hope I win. If I win,that would make my families prayers, and our health better

A super gift idea. Great variety of baking recipes - it was exciting opening the box each month to see what was inside. Simple to follow instructions and very useful ‘make it again’ details means I can make our favourites again.

Very helpful lady sorted out all my questions

I have been a bread subscription customer for over a year and I have been consistently impressed with the monthly bakes. There has been the rare occasions where I have had to reach out to support, but when necessary, I have received polite and timely assistance. Highly recommended.

Ordered for a budding baker in the family, had a few questions around the process which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not sampled the first recipe yet but looking forward to their recreation of the lovely picture on the recipe card!

Box arrived with ingredients clearly marked. Recipe easy to follow. I liked that all packaging is recyclable.

Recipes have been nice but the box feels very overpriced for what it is, essentially just some flour and olive oil. I was expecting more varied and interesting recipes (so far have had cinnamon buns and burger buns).
A fun present but I wouldn't renew it.

I have ordered baker boxx numerous times, their Christmas box is wonderful as a gift! Definitely would recommend, something different for friends and family!

I signed up for a bread baking subscription last year but cancelled when I had to chase my monthly boxes. However when I received the boxes they were very good so this year I decided to order again but, wanting to avoid the subscription service, I ordered 3 one-off baking boxes for £48 on the 9th April. Delivery was stated as 3-5 working days. Once again I did not receive the boxes. I contacted Bakerboxx via live chat on the 17th April and by email on both the 22nd and 29th April regarding my order. Each time I received an automated reply stating that I would be contacted within 48hrs. Each time I did not receive any further response. Bakerboxx do not provide any other means of contact. Consequently in May I contacted my credit card company to seek assistance in obtaining a refund. Following this Bakerboxx sent me this link repeatedly requesting that I rate my experience with their company so here it is: In my experience, I am sad to say, Bakerboxx did not fulfill my order nor did they provide any customer service as it is impossible to make contact with anyone - which left me with no goods and £48 out of pocket and the hassle of trying to obtain a refund via my payment method. Their bread baking boxes are good but they need to improve delivery and respond to customers.

Bought a subscription as a present for my husband. Amazing quality product and end result very yummy.
Fast and great customer service through out my purchase. Can’t wait to try the next delicious treat.

I received a subscription as a gift from a friend. What a great idea! Really easy to activate, fab recipes and amazing end product!

Bought a subscription for BakerBoxx through NotOnTheHighStreet as a Christmas present. My activation code didn't work. After many emails I managed to get hold of someone. I was told the issue was resolved in February and we would get the next month's box, i.e. in March. It's now May and we haven't had anything. I wrote recently but got no response. Complete shambles.
