Bought a one off box on 08.05.2025. Emailed them 14.05.2025 as I heard nothing since purchasing. Two days later (16.05.2025) got a reply saying that they could either ship my box or give me a refund, I replied within minutes telling them to ship my box. Today is 20.05.2025 and the box wasn't shipped yet. Sent another email yesterday and got no reply. Will wait until the end of the week then do a chargeback with my bank.

Update: They shipped the box, it arrived the following day but it got damaged in transit.

Contacted them via email and they sent a replacement which arrived the following day in perfect condition.

Update 2: The buns are delicious! Will definitely order more.

Didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order but customer service responded swiftly and the box arrived in a timely manner from when my order was first place, everything arrives clearly labelled and with everything you need to get baking with clear instructions

Would definitely recommend and if you have any issues just send them an email and I'm sure they'll sort it out like they did with mine

Bought a 6 month subscription for my daughter. Great boxes and concept but unfortunately I had to chase several times for each box before it arrived. After being offered an opportunity to rectify the bad service received, the same issues continued. Sadly I won't renew what could be a great subscription and wouldn't recommend.

Great selection, easy to follow instructions and the grandchildren love them

This was a gift so a little difficult to rate my experience. The first box arrived and I was happy with the content. I am awaiting my second box.

I was recommended Bakerboxx by a family friend. We decided to sign up to the 3 month trendboxx subscription, this surely did not disappoint. The box this month contained a the deluxe chocolate fudge cake kit. Each box is filled with all the ingredients weighed out along with a step by step fool proof method chart with lots of tips on how to bake the goodies to perfection. I can honestly say, I was very impressed with how the fudge cake turned out, needless to say it was polished off within an hour or so by the family. A fantastic concept well worth trying. I look forward to receiving my next bakerboxx. 🙂

Bought this subscription for my husband’s birthday in November. First box arrived with the activation code, activated it and…..nothing.
Called six weeks later (January) to be told the subscription had been activated and then cancelled 15 minutes later (which was not true) and that’s why we didn’t get any more boxes. We were then PROMISED a box would be sent asap. It’s now April and guess what??? You’re right….we have received NOTHING. So I paid £103 for 6 flatbreads…
They are no longer answering the phone and the website claims to be under maintenance.
I have today asked for my money back via the bank.
I so wanted this to work out, I love new ideas like this and will always support small businesses, but not when they just take your money and run.

I’ve now received a phone call and email offering a full refund.

Very efficient.

Was gifted the trend box for 6 months at christmas. Each box so far has been very easy instructions to follow and baked items have tasted delicious.
Its great to have everything provided already weighed out and ready for use.

Gifted the 3 month subscription as a Christmas present and absolutely have loved it. I like how there is a variety of savory and sweet, I love baking and this is a great way to learn new recipes. Third box arrived yesterday and looking forward to baking my bagels.

What a great idea to have all ingredients in ready weighed quantities. No waste and no mistakes!

I ordered a 6 month Trend subscription for my 15 year old granddaughter last year and she has so enjoyed doing it she asked for another this year which will all be different recipes. She has reused the recipes and used them as a base to further develop her baking skills. Her friends are so impressed by her traybakes they are offering to buy them! I have just ordered a subscription for another granddaughter and am sure she will love it just as much. The company are always a delight to deal with and their customer support is very friendly and helpful. Well done!

Sadly - this is lovely gift idea which was not very well done. Every time I have been due a gift box I have had to ring up the company to try and arrange delivery - usually twice. Seems like their system is not up to the task - such a shame. Be aware that you may be in for long hours contacting customer service

I had a glitch in my recent order/delivery. Bakerboxx had technical issues & were slow in response. However, they’ve been back to me, and all is now good.
I love the products & they make superb gifts.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He wanted to turn his hand to baking now he is retired so this seemed like the perfect gift............and it was.
He has enjoyed baking and eating the end result. I have also enjoyed eating the end result. Looking forward to the next delivery.

I received my first Bakerboxx on Friday and was excited to get started. The packaging looked great and the recipe card contained was straight forward to follow. I had a few initial questions - these were answered politely and promptly.
On sampling the finished product, I couldn’t believe that myself as a novice baker could bake something as delicious!
I highly recommend this great concept, completely stress free, easy to follow and fun to make. I look forward to receiving my next Boxx!
