I just received my Vanessa Mini Tote In Leather With Rainbow Canvas Hot Pink today that I ordered about a week ago. At first I was hesitant because I haven't tried ordering any item that are based overseas. But since I fell in love with the bag I took the chance and ordered it. Their customer service rep is very good and helped me a lot eventhough I got a lot of questions. After paying my bag I got a confirmation within a day and item was shipped within 3 days and had no issues as well receiving it. I love the bag and I can't wait to order again. Thanks Baginc!! I will definetly recommend baginc to my friends and relative who love shopping online.

I've been using the site for years, i have recently purchased the International Wallet Intreciatto. They have very good sales and the prices are reasonable. I've never had any issues with delivery and, on the very odd occasion I have had to send something back, Customer Service have always been efficient and professional and processed my refund. I really like the variety of goods that the site sells. I am happy to recommend the site to others.

Do not believe those YouTube people when they rave about this company because they will scam you and you will be waiting on them like an idiot for months. I wasted 109 dollars and now have to wait for my bank to investigate the situation. Like all the other negative reviews "Marvie" keeps stalling and telling me that they're checking on my refund.. They were so quick to accept the money but want to take their time refunding it. I wish I had googled them and not gone based on what people who received the items for free had to say. My mistake. Never again. The bags are not genuine leather like they claim so please don't waste your time on this company. It is a huge scam using selfish and uninformed YouTube people to influence you.

I ordered once and received my item…the strap was broken but I was able to fix it…then I placed another order and my story is the same I've been waiting for a month now to receive my item…the person Marvie is also who I've been dealing with and getting the run around. Just read 2 posts below mine (GraciaMelsz review) . I just found these reviews and also emailing bag inc with the same Marvie Sy. I am getting the same run around with items not shipped and will get back to me but I am not waiting around, I will dispute the charge with my credit card immediately after reading these reviews. I hope this helps someone else as I am telling you the same thing is happening to me! Do not order from them. It appears they are a bogus company with a fake website.

They send the wrong bag with missing parts, lie about refunds, lie about receiving the returned bag and give you the same b.s. answer in the emails. How long does it take to talk to a manager? I'll never order from there again. Don't order from this company!!

I am in process of exactly the same experience as GarciaMelsz. In mys situation, before I placed my order on their site, Marvie their so called customer service representative confirmed to me by e-mail that my bag was available and I should go ahead and place my order, send her the order number so that she could inform the shipping dept. That was two weeks ago. You might think two weeks is nothing but as far as they confirmed the bag was available and ready to send, they are now telling me some story that they are waiting for the "manager" to confirm the order to the shipping dept. I have been emailing them daily and will not stop. I strongly suggest for anyone else experiencing the same do not give up. Baginc must be exposed for the scam they are

I placed an order on June 4 2015 and paid extra for express shipping. Today is July 6th, I have yet to receive my order, I have yet to receive so much as a tracking number for my order. I have been going back and forth with their only "customer service representative" named Marvie Sy. Who knows if that's her real name or if she is even a real person. Regardless of how I respond to her e-mails, her answers are always the same: "We are very sorry for the delay. I will check on your order and as soon as I have the information, I will surely update you." Same response, every single time. I was fed up and asked for my money back, and all of a sudden the response changed to "your order has already shipped. I will update you shortly with a tracking number."

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Please do not be fooled by the well layed out website or the Youtube reviews. They pay YouTubers to positively review them. At this point I am no longer expecting my order. However, I will continue to e-mail them daily. They are counting on me to "give up" or "forget" and I shall not. I am posting this review on any website that will let me because it is important to get this word out. If I had read someone elses experience (not on their payroll) this could have been avoided for me.

Payment was process was fast but delivery is worst ever. Im still waiting for my product for almost 3 months now. I am not hoping to receive it anymore as i have read bad reviews from other buyers. They are right, they pay youtubers and bloggers to give them good review. Guys remember to believe those who actually bought the items. I am pretty sure people giving good reviews about this company here are also being paid. Look how the paragraph has been constructed in details!!!! Netizens are not stupid to be fooled with your paid reviews!

I was very nervous as I bought the bag first, and then read all the reviews.
Baginc's service has been exceptional. An hour after I bought the bag, I changed my mind, and wanted another bag, and I emailed Baginc. They replied within half an hour saying that I could and answered my other questions. I forgot to reply. Baginc was ready to mail out my bag the next day, and emailed me again before they mailed my bag whether I still wanted the bag or not. GREAT SERVICE.
7 days down the line (note, 2 statuary holiday and 1 weekend included), I was not home to pick up the bag from FedEx. Marvie Sy, the representative that emailed me previously from Baginc, was kind enough to write another email, telling me the situation with FedEx, and whether I wanted to change my address or pick it up from FedEx. SPEEDY AND CONSIDERATE customer service.

I received the bag today, the so soho reissue satchel in black. I was worried that the quality was going to be bad, because I watched a couple youtube videos for that bag. It is GREAT, better than I imagined. Good, sturdy, stylish bag made out of real leather. Inner flap lined with velvet material. Doesn't look wrinkly at all, as apposed to the youtube videos. Great everyday size, does not smell bad, and it even got feet.

I got another cheap item just to get free shipping (Katty Key Holder And Change Leather Pouch Watermelon Red). That, on the other hand, smells bad, has this weird gloss that makes it look like fake leather. But overall review with Baginc, I'm impressed!

Its been over a month and i still have not received my item !
This place is a scam and they will do just about everything to not answer your questions .. they will keep replying with the same thing over and over "they are looking into it" ..SCAMMERS!!!! dont even bother not worth the headache..! All those "happy" customers you see are bloggers/you tube'rs who get this stuff for free as long as they give rave reviews.,!!!!

Please beware! this company is fraud and a scam. I purchased a bag on March 13th, after a day or two I read the reviews of other people which are true by the way, I contacted Marvie Sy( the only customer service personnel) to cancel my order. He/she keep sending me the same "we are sorry for the inconvenience BS." I don't have lots of patience and I'm freaking out. I need them to refund my $149.00.

Ok so after asking Baginc to cancel my order and I issued a dispute through PayPal, they still went ahead and put the order in the mail. Marvie, the customer service person asked me to return the bag if it arrives. Guess what, it cost almost $85 to ship the bag back to China. I really REGRET this whole Baginc thing. Well I've learnt my lesson. Not only did I pay $149 for the bag,I also have to pay $85 to return it. Such Nonsense!!. I know they did it on purpose.

This company sucks! I think they are getting items from Mars and they wait a month to get what you ordered from them in order to mail to you. WHERE IS MY ORDER AND WHAT IS THEIR PHONE NUMBER!?

I ordered a bag on Oct 27,2014 .Their site states that it will be shipped in 48 hours.After waiting for weeks of no communication I reached out. Marvie who is their only customer service person is polite but no help because she keeps saying she need to be in touch with the manager who I am not sure even excsts. Anyway I was told it was not sent out yet and she is waiting to still hear from him. Then I was told it was being shipped out the next day but after a week later with no tracking number I reached out again and asked that the order be cancelled because it would not reach in time for a birthday. Still nothing. After I filed PayPal dispute all of a sudden tracking number appeared despite me telling them to cancel the order. When the bag arrived it was damaged dented leather, chain that was supposed to be brushed metal is rainbow colors, lining different color and smelled of plastic in addition the scarf is missing that was ordered along with the bag. After weeks of back and forth with PayPal seller offered me a 30 dollar refund towards the bag that is damaged and I have no use for. I declined because it's not worth the amount I am to keep it for. Now I have to send this bag back to China for a full refund because that's what pay pal wants me to do. The shipping is expensive. I reached out again to marvie to explain to her that because of their mistake I should not have to be liable for shipping because I asked them to cancel in a first place when they did not keep their end. Still no answer till the mysterious manager gives instructions, This has been the worst experience I ever had.
Don't believe those fake youtube reviews because those people get their bags for free from them to review and give away. I fell for it. I wish I read reviews on the Internet first.

I ordered the Adele flap bag in "caviar" and the bag Is very nice and I get compliments on it often. For the price of the bag I am very pleased and banginc has awesome customer service with any issues I have, they replied within 24 hours. I will purchase again and I feel confident now that I have had a great experience, to buy again from the baginc website.

The bag was delivered to Europe within a week. Customer service was very friendly but the bag, the Vanessa Medium in Fluorescent Leather(129 $), was actually made of very smelly plastic. Didn't bother to return it as I read reviews claiming i was impossible to get a refund. My review was censored and never published. Too bad as they have really nice styles.

I returned a bag and they will not refund. It was not even taken out of its original packaging. I am told everytime I email that she will check with her manager. That started in August! I have no refund and no explanation. Baginc has stolen 159$ from me and customer service is useless. How long does it take to check with a manager. I am out the money and the bag. Total theft. BUYER BEWARE

I placed an paid for a bag from Baginc.com on August. For a few months, BagInc kept telling me that the bag I ordered is suddenly unavailable and that I would have to wait. After waiting for over 4 months and still no bag, I demanded a refund.

Till today (December), I still have not received a refund from them. They just keep telling me that they will update me about my refund once they can, but it has been dragging on for SO LONG it is ridiculous.

Besides this company being such a HUGE SCAM and basically stealing my money, I also highly suspect that this "company" is run by on 1 or 2 people. That's because I have requested to talk with someone else other than this Marvie person about my refund and my bag but the only person who ever replies to me is this Marvie person. I'm also starting to doubt that that's his/her real name. I have also PM-ed BagInc on their Facebook page since their customer service is useless, but they have ignored my Facebook message (but still keep updating their Facebook page as per normal).

I recently place an order for 3 bags and 1 month later still waiting for shipment?
Its been 14 working days =3 weeks and still no update on wether my order has been shipped? Ridiculous! I have no problem waiting as long as I know that its coming.
According to the website shipment is 6-7 days upon order has been placed.
Customer care is quick to my inquiries but all the response was still waiting for manager. I left a feedback on the website but they don't post any real opinions about customer who they left hanging.
I am still waiting for any real update till now.
