Horrible Experience
Everything seemed fine at first, when I ordered my bag I received a confirmation of payment, all the usual stuff.
After 3 days I still had not received a tracking number so I emailed them. Marvie said I would receive it soon and I did. Ever since then the status on my parcel has said waiting on shipment notification.
Its now been 8 days since my order and my order has not even been sent out. I contacted the shipping company and they never received an item with the tracking number I got given.
I have emailed Marvie multiple times for my money back and hes just giving the usual templated responses.
Do not buy from here, you will regret it!!!!
SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
Although i did see the negative reviews on this company I thought what the hell and gave the company a chance! THIS WAS A SEVERE MISTAKE! I ordered a 'Christi Bag' on the 30th of June and paid via credit card, the payment was instantly taken out of my account however i did not receive an order confirmation or a shipping notification until a week after. I revived my bag within 7 days which was fine, however on the 25th of July I received an email stating my payment has been reversed and they required me to pay again, as I had not received this refunded amount i ignored the email. I then received an email again on the 17th of September 2016 stating that i needed to pay again. I have thoroughly looked through my accounts, as has my bank, and there is no evidence of this reversal. I have emailed the service rep 'Marvie Sy' asking for proof of this reversal, however they keep avoiding my question, repeatedly saying that i need to pay again. I am willing to do this however i would like to have some proof as to where this money has gone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a bag on July 23rd and its now august 24th and I still have no bag. Filed a claim with Paypal and the woman herself told me the tracking number was fake. Customer service seemed nice at first but they will just scam you.
Really disappointed and convinced they paid for the good reviews on here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. poor quality bags, poor workmanship, poor customer service. Their website's return policy claims customer satisfaction is their #1 goal...returns and exchange is easy...and they will do whatever they can to make it better. My experience has been the complete opposite. I have been trying to return a bag and a wallet worth $200 for a week now and have been in communication with Marvie (customer rep). He keeps telling me he is awaiting his manager's approval. I have emailed him every single day for a week now and his response remains the same. I know they are giving me the run around because they refuse to refund my money. Spare the headache and save your money. Stay away from Bad Inc...I mean Bag Inc.
Great bag, great service
I ordered my bag on 7/28 and received it today 8/4. I ordered a couple years ago, but was concerned when I saw the recent reviews. After 3 days of my order "processing" I emailed customer service. Marvie got back to me the same day via email. The next day I received a tracking number. The bag looks Exactly like the picture, great quality, the smell isn't all that great but tolerable. I'll order again.
SCAM
Do not order from here. I have been talking with Marvie for OVER 3 weeks. My $350 order was lost and I have been patient and kindly requested a refund and she keeps telling me she apologizes and is waiting to hear from the manager. I don't know in which world a manager is not reachable for 3 weeks. Now i'm getting NO response to my emails and I am out $350. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. total scam.

Possible SCAM. Warning Rant Long review
I wanted to wait to do a review after I received my purchase. But I am wayyy to disappointed with what I had to go through to even get them to send it off.
(General info of what I ordered u can skip this paragraph) I ordered the Christi bag smooth leather, and a key chain. I was already hesitant to buy it, because its not a name brand any way, but its still priced at $119.But I had this discount code as well and decided to go ahead.
So I made my order on March 13. It took them like a few hours to take out the money from my account. From then I constantly checked my order, through the account I made on the website. Under the order status it said "Processing". I thought ok , that's normal, so 3days pass, it still said " processing ". I look up on the site for shipping info. It says u should receive a tracking number within 2-3days of your order. So I'm like its day 3...UMM? So I look up reviews on the site, which I wish I had done first!
After seeing reviews I panicked, then decided to email them about my order. It took 3 emails for them to reply to me after 2days. The first two emails were just asking of my order status and tracking. After those 2days no reply I sent another email requesting a refund. Then " Marvie" replys. Asking why, I tell him why, he says he is processing my request and I have to wait for the manager to be available. So I wait a day.
I was not taking ang chances, and went ahead to PayPal, opened a dispute. I sent the email that PayPal had on record for them, explaining why I opened a dispute and telling them about the bad reviews. Then like 2more days the manager finally replys. This is already March 21st! He said that those reviews are false they can't run their company for so long if they were scammers... Yea maybe its because you don't scam everyone! But some of us still get played! So the next day my package was shipped, when I specifically told them I want a refund instead of the bag. I got tracking information and all that, now I'm just waiting for the 28th. (Delivery date) I decided to accept the bag being shipped because I still did want it.
My advice is if you are ordering, you are taking a huge risk with this site. I have yet to make a review about their quality being worth the price. Be careful, and if anything seems unusual, move quickly to take precautions.
They lie
They charge your Paypal account immediately. They sent me a fedex tracking number the next day. When I tried it, it said that a label had been "created". After that...................nothing. Went round and round with their customer service for a few weeks. They then told me the leather bag I ordered was out of stock but they could send a fake leather bag instead. I said no and gave up trying to get any resolution. I filed a dispute with Paypal.

I do a ton of online shopping from various large to smaller scale companies and this is my worse experience yet. So bad that I decided to sign up on here to review and hopefully by sharing my (still pending) experience, buyers are aware and avoid making a purchase from them.
Despite hundreds of online transactions, I have never been as frustrated as this one. Currently, they still have my $179 (US) and have yet to refund. I've escalated this dispute to a claim via PayPal. Like other reviewers, I was suspicious when after payment, I did not receive an email confirmation. I emailed them and heard back a few days later apologizing for the delay due to their national holidays. Fine. I am Asian so I understand how busy it can be back in China with the new year celebrations. This person "Marvie" in the "Sales" department says they are working on my order. Great.
Well, a few days later, still no shipping information so I contacted them again. "Marvie" responds with saying she'll/he'll look into it. I waited. Again, no word for them so I reached out again. This time, the response was that the bag I ordered is no longer in stock. What???!!!
So I requested a refund. "Marvie" says she'll/he'll put a request in. Days later, I had to be the person to email again to ask what is going on. They suggested a replacement bag this time ($129 bag so I would receive a refund of $50 in the difference). I agreed although I was suspicious if this would even go through. "Marvie" assures me that the bag will be shipped "right away." Well, guess what...a few days later and no shipping confirmation of any bag or refund. Same excuses of "I'll look into it."
There have been a very high number of email correspondence. I've always been the one to email and check in every couple days asking about status and they keep going with the same run around message.
Delays and excuses galore and frustrations up to the max, I have been working with PayPal amd demanding a full refund. I just want to get my refund and be done with this company.
They are relatively quick to respond to emails but that's the extent of it. I question about the positive reviews of this company on here. Perhaps there are some people who do have good experiences with BagINC...but interesting how my negative experience basically mirrors others. It could very well be that if a bag is in stock, you might be lucky enough to receive it but if it's not, they will try to hold your money as long as they could.

Second time round a bad one!
I bought from them about 5 years ago and the experience was like any normal online purchase experience. Not excellent but I got my bag in less than 18days with bag as pictured and described. Recently decided to purchase from them again and placed order 29/1 but it's 8/3 and I have not received my bag!! Emailed them asking about shipment as I did not get any confirmation email regarding my item being ship. It all sounded great with Marvie Sy, their customer care consultant at the beginning saying they were having their national holidays so everything was delayed. I accepted that and waited still. One week later, still no news and decided to email again asking the status. Marvie replied it is in process followed by another email the next day informing me it'll be shipped in another 2 days..waited for 5 days and no email whatsoever!! I emailed again this round voicing my dissatisfaction and frustration especially after reading the many negative reviews here! Guess what, I got a template replied email! This round I decided to ask for refund and have halted my friends who intended to purchase after me. Marvie replied within 2 hours saying my bag will ship in 24hours! To me it's probably another hoax but I will do what I can do! I highly do not recommend buying from this company! I hate to say this, does buying budget items come with lousy service??
An update to this review:
I received an email not long after putting up my review here asking if I am ok with receiving the same bag in another color. As I was super frustrated, I requested for the bag to be FedEx to me where I am to receive in less than 5 days, otherwise I want a refund. This Marvie person said they cannot guarantee and transit time takes 5-7days. Since they were not able to fulfill my request, I asked for refund. Marvie said he cannot make the decision and will pass my case to the manager to decide. Again, frustrated, I told them to take up responsibility and not try to push this issue much longer! Marvie replied telling me not to worry and everything will be resolved soon! What the..told me not to worry when it is taking almost 2 months with nothing delivered to me and no resolve! Last saturday 19/3 I received an email from the Product Manager telling me they have the color I want and if I still want them to ship ASAP. I was afraid it will take G*d knows how long for them to process my refund so I agreed to it. Received my bag 22/3 and the quality of the bag does not look as good as the pictures on the web and the smell of the bag was quite off-putting! They claimed it to be leather but I can assure it is no way 100% genuine leather! They included a super tacky pair of earring as free gift.
The time, frustration, expectations spent is just not worth it! In conclusion, I will not recommend this web unless you are one to take risk!
BE CAREFUL...
My experience was a negative one right from the get-go. First, I did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number. This concerned me a little, so I started to dig a little deeper (past all those glowing Youtube videos). Then I found this site, and I completely relate with all the negative reviews. After reading the reviews, I promptly asked for a refund. It took a few emails back and forth for the customer rep "Marvie Sy" to tell me that the order had been cancelled. Since I was not sent a cancelled order confirmation, I contacted her again and she just keeps saying, "sorry for the inconvenience, we'll try our best to resolve this as soon as possible". Now, Marvie is saying that they are having technical issues with WorldPay and they promise that once it is resolved, they will issue my refund. It has now been 2 weeks and I still have NOT received my refund, so today I decided to file a Dispute with my bank.
UPDATE: After I notified Marvie that I was going to file a dispute, she promptly refunded my money in full. Because they were able to resolve this issue before it escalated to a Dispute, I changed my review rating from a 1 to a 3. I would highly recommend reading the reviews very carefully before dealing with this company. Hope this review helps. Blessings!

I read so many horrible reviews about this website but my gut instinct was to not judge a book by its cover & give them a chance . My order shipped out not too long after I placed it and I was given a tracking number in an email . Due to the holidays , the bag was taking a bit longer than I expected to arrive so I reached out and emailed them . Michael, who is part of BagInc's marketing management team was extremely attentive and responsive to all of my emails . The day I received the bag in the mail , I realized it had a few flaws I was unhappy with, which Is why I took away a star , such as the zipper not gliding smoothly to open and close , some spots on the leather , the inside cell phone pocket was cosmetically not up to par and there was a part on the top of the bag where I saw a thread popping out . I immediately voiced my feelings and concerns to michael and he is currently , hopefully going to be able to send me a replacement bag ASAP that doesn't possess these flaws , then I will do another review . Moral of the story from my first experience , they are not scammers and they are actually very nice when you contact them with your concerns . As long as they can replace my bag , I don't see why I wouldn't recommend BagInc to others.
