I ordered a bag and paid for it

I ordered a bag and paid for it. They sent a tracking number after a couple of days. The package arrived quickly but they sent a small box with a pair of plastic sunglasses. I have written many, many emails for 2 months and they will not respond. This site is a total scam and fake. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and legal authorities! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK, SCAMMING SITE in China.

It’s a nightmare !!

I ordere a bag a month ago ! Now it is held by the customs for already one week ! I doubt that I receive it and I don’t think I will get a refund since I already requested one after they haven’t shipped my order within the promised 4-7 days all they did was saying sorry and that I should be patient and now ?! So now The customs currently checking if there is any trademark infringement.... which is clearly not the case ! There is no logo of any company so it’s no replica. It’s a shame that I lost over 100€ and what’s even worse I may have to pay a fine :( i contacted my lawyer and we decided if they don’t solve the problem we will take legal actions against this company. Don’t buy anything from this shop if you did and paid via PayPal call them they may be able to Transfer the money back. ( I had a similar problem once and PayPal solved it )

Very Bad Business Behavior

Never again. I should’ve gone by all of the bad reviews before I decided to take the chance and order. My credit card was charged immediately on Jan 10. No word from the company within two days about shipping, so I inquired. “Marvie” wrote me back and stated that the bag they charged me for is “out of stock” and asked if I would like to choose a different bag. I wrote back no I would like a refund as soon as possible. I asked him why they would charge me if the bag was out of stock and why does their website still say that the bag is available? He wrote back that he will inform “another department” about the refund. He did not address why they would charge me for a bag that they don’t even carry. It’s now Jan 17. I’ve gone back and forth with this “Marvie” and “Marvie” won’t give me any answers as to why the refund is taking so long but “rest assured” it will happen. I’m not waiting any longer. This is unacceptable and bad business. I’m reporting them and opening a claim with PayPal. I will not order from them ever again.

Worst company ever

Worst business known to man. I’m making it my business to shut them down. I ordered a bag from the site 5/21/2018, decided to look at more reviews from other people besides YouTube (which are all false) and learned how terrible they truly are. I requested to cancel the order and again they gave me the run around. They begged me to keep the order and try to get a free gift. I refused and asked them to cancel the order. Thankfully I filed a dispute the same day I ordered because bag inc is full of crap. The infamous Marvie emailed me back saying they refunded the money and of course they did not. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from them. I promise I’m going to do all I can to get this hell forsaken website shut down. If I could give them zero stars I would. If I wanted to kill myself, I’d climbed to the imbeciles’ ego working at bag inc & jump to their IQ. A BUNCH OF DAMN FOOLS.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!! They deserve ZERO stars. - we wish we would have read all these reviews first. 6 months and every bit of communications came from us.. We got our stuff (well not all of it) lost money because we told them not to paint anything and just send it to us unfinished. Every excuse or lack of it, we heard over and over again. I bet we probably sent a 100 emails and txt to them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!

Ho fatto questo ordine di una borsa : ordine numero 1100000748 $107.10 3/4/18 . Come ho scritto sopra il numero dell’ordine e il costo pagato . E finora non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho mandato un sacco di mail chiedendo spiegazioni per la borsa o il rimborso ma non ho avuto una risposta seria. Attenzione questo negozio è un truffattore.

Stay away from this company!!!!!!

Firstly let me say when I finally received the bag (Adele) I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. With said, the customer service is atrocious. After 6 or 7 emails I finally received an updated on my order and that was 10 days later. Since I really liked the bag I wrote customer service asking if I were to place a second order would I encounter the same issue and they assured me it was a one time thing. Stupid me...placed another order on 2/10 it’s 2/26 and 5 emails later I still don’t have an update!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

I purchased the Christi bag on January …

I purchased the Christi bag on January 4, 2018 and received it today, January 17, 2018. The way this bag was shipped was HORRIBLE! It was wrapped in a very thin dust bag, followed by very thin bubble wrap, followed by a very thin plastic bag. This is all that it was shipped in. The handles of the bag were folded over across the top of the bag so that they would lay flat. So for two weeks, the handles have been molded into this position. I've had to constantly work with the handles so that they would stay in an upright position, but they keep going back to the shape they were molded in. NOT happy about this at all. No one wants wonky handles. It ruins the look of the bag. Also, the strap was folded over multiple times and has creases in it. The strap is NOT detachable so I have to try to find a way to work out the creases and hope for the best. Nothing makes a bag look cheap more than wonky handles and creased straps. I will say that the stitching is very good and the overall look of the bag more closely aligns with the original Antigona bag from which it was inspired as compared to other websites with similar replica bags. However, that doesn't do me much good when the handles and the strap are screwed up. The lining is an inexpensive fabric and is very stiff, so I'm not liking that either. Overall, the HORRIBLE shipping has ruined this bag for me. Had it been received without said creases and distortions to the handles, I probably would be happy with it. What a shame...

In early September

In early September, I ordered two items. The order was supposed to be shipped within 4 days. I was hesitant to complain right away, because I felt as though it sometimes simply happens that they are unable to process the order as quickly as promised.
A week later I checked reviews online and got really scared that I was being scammed. Having paid via PayPal though, I wasn't too worried, because I felt I could always file a dispute.
Eventually I did receive the tracking number and the package arrived a couple of days later. The quality is as expected (it is definitely real leather), the items look just like the ones in the pictures and I am definitely happy with my purchase.
I have to say though, that it does seem a bit dodgy. I wrote to two different email addresses - the one for general customer inquiries and the one for "order tracking". Every time "Marvie" replied. I might have gotten lucky judging by the previous reviews.
Either way you're definitely in for some nerve wracking weeks /(or in the case of others months). Choose your adventures wisely.

i bought the Eliana bag in black for $99 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off.
it did take a few emails to Marvin to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete.
i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!

BAGINC IS NO LONGER A LEGIT COMPANY

DON'T SHOP AT BAGINC YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. Baginc used to be a legit company, I've purchased from them 3 times before but that was when they were legit and the bags shipped from CANADA. However, NOW after you have made your purchase you will find that money is being sent to Beijing. I ordered from them last August and during your confirmation purchase you are assured that you will be sent a tracking number within a day or so. After I had waited a week I emailed because red flags were going up. Another huge red flag to make note of is only one person by the name of MARVIE addresses your concerns through email there is no phone number provided whereas before there was! After being polite and insisting on them sending me a tracking number Marvie just kept repeating the same thing in different words "Oh, I'll check with so and so and we'll send you confirmation today" or "We only have the bag you wanted with the gold zipper is that okay?" And after I made it clear to him that it would be fine and just to send me my dang bag already he kept saying that he would talk to his manager and get back to me which he never did and I had to be the one consistently emailing him. Finally, when I demanded a refund he again said he would talk to his manager and still did not get back to me for days this went on for a while I ordered in August didn't get money back til October! I threatened to go to my bank and file a dispute and got the same answer. It was not until I actually did file a dispute that I got my money back the very next day.

ENDLESS FRUSTRATION

I purchased a bag and 2 jewellery items on February 25 and today being June 12 I have received nothing, NOTHING. The most infuriating company I have ever dealt with. I was told 2 weeks ago the items were finally being posted. Marvie had told me one jewellery item was not available and she gave me a choice of two necklaces to choose from and their value was half the value of the necklace I ordered. I sent her an email about this and she responded - No problem we will reimburse you. That was about 8 weeks ago. This company makes me so a angry and if I ever receive anything I never want anything to do with them again. That's almost 4 months! I deal with a company in England, I make an order on the weekend and every Thursday morning it arrives and I am in Australia.

I purchased a bag on 15 March 2017 after reading positive reviews of the bag on several blogs with links to Bag Inc directly for purchase. I paid for the bag as well as $9.95 for standard shipping cost. It is now 04 April 2017 and I still have NOT received my purchase or been given a shipment tracking number despite numerous emails back and forth with 'Marvie' to request this simple information. Instead, I'm told that there is not available tracking number but to rest assured its been shipped. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BAG INC. Seriously, safe yourself, your money, your sanity and purchase elsewhere.

WORST SCAM NIGHTMARE EVER!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I have had the most horrific online shopping experience in my life with BagInc!!!! Potential buyers please stay away from this SCAM website!!!

I’ve changed my mind about the purchase after reading many negative online reviews about BagInc, therefore I emailed them two business days after the purchase to cancel my order. The infamous Marvie replied that they were already working on processing my order but asked if I really wanted to retract it, then he responded explicitly that he would cancel the order and refund me for sure by the end of the week upon my confirmation. After about 1.5 days, he emailed me again stating that unfortunately my order has been shipped and therefore cannot be canceled, but he’s sure I would love the bag so I should just keep it. What the heck?!!!! I understand that it’s partially my fault for changing my mind after confirming and paying for the order, but then he should not have promised to cancel and refund me so surely in the first place! Then there are these series of long and nightmarish email exchanges for a week between me and him without any actual resolution (him asking me to keep the bag multiple times and me refusing it). I thought about disputing this charge with my credit card and refuse the delivery from DHL so they could send it directly back to him, but he begged me not to do so since it could get detained at custom, he said they will refund me 100% after I receive it and ship it back to them. Then I demanded them to pay for return shipping since they were the one who wanted me to not refuse the bag, but he kept dodging the question, eventually resorting to “inquire from management”. So I signed for and received the bag (and retracted my dispute with the credit card since I actually do have the merchandise now), and I decided maybe I will just eat the return shipping cost and mail it back to them in order to get a refund. But upon further research, I realized that the international package shipping cost to China/Hong Kong is at least around $70 which is 2/3 of the cost of the bag! No wonder they kept dodging my request for them to pay for return shipping! I was so fed up at this point and wanted to get this over with so I decided to keep the bag, but asked for a discount since I had to go through all these hassles and unpleasantness. He said he could offer me a whopping $10, and when I asked for more he said he would have to consult with management again. At this point I just gave up completely; I feel cheated and uncomfortable (I did convey all these to him but he didn’t seem to care as customer service). Judging from previous experience of dealing with them, I doubt if I will ever see this $10, and this is not even about the money anymore, but it's about encountering the opposite of human decency and integrity.

I would rather throw this $100 into the ocean or lose it somewhere else and I would feel better about it than now. That’s how bad I feel about the constant frustration and the waste of my time for over a week. Now I try to comfort myself that I paid $100 to learn a life lesson the HARD WAY.

The shipping time of the bag was decent since it only took about a week, and the bag does look exactly as described when you look at it from afar, but once you get close it has a weird plastic smell which is very annoying and contrary to what they stated as genuine leather. I think I might end up throwing it away just because it conjures up all these disgusting memories whenever I look at it.

Pessimi

Non sono stata per niente contenta. Ho acquistato una borsa che in foto sembrava grande e anche belle misure, in realtà è arrivata una borsa grande meno della metà. La spedizione lentissima, e se vuoi fare il reso è a spese tue fino ad Hong-Kong e poi i soldi li rivedi dopo mesi. Pessimo non acquistero mai più.

Its not like you see in the picture. Its smaller (about 20cm). Im not happy. Its very very very small not 28cm, and shipment in 12days. Never again.

The bags are top quality

I have now ordered 3. My first one was somewhat of a disappointment as the color green was a very dark green and not as bright and vibrant as shown online. They gave me a small discount/refund for my grievance. The bags are of very high quality and spot on for some of the more expensive versions of same with a name stamp on them. The shipping process is not quick but I would not say it takes forever either. All in all worth the money.

Maybe not the smoothest transaction but definitely not a scam!

I ordered a bag from this website on the 7th of december and the order status was still indicated as "processing" a week later on the 14th. So I sent them an e-mail demanding an update and a tracking number eventually. The first response was rather quick but an automatic one informing me that my e-mail was "waitlisted" and I had to follow some link to subscribe to an e-mail organization service (boxbe fiy) for my mail to be answered by the customer service... It was kind of an annoying joke for me having especially read all the negative feedback on trustpilot (I mean what kind of customer service forces their customers to subscribe to this or that in order to be answered?!). But fortunately soon after (on the 15th) the famous Marvie contacted me to tell : " We would like to inform you that we are working on your order. In few days, we will be able to give you an update on the status of the shipment". I had in deed the tracking number in my mailbox by the 16th. I've just received my order (the 22th) and wanted to leave a feedback immediately for those who might be overwhelmed by the recurrent negative reviews here. All in all, my experience with them had a happy ending and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
