it has been 3 weeks since we purchased the product, still waiting on it. tracking info is not up to date. seems shady. should have done some research and checked the reviews before ordering.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a newborn size snowsuit. It took weeks to get here. I contacted customer service several times with no response. When I finally got it it was the size of a one year old. I won’t try to return it because these people are, not in this business for repeat customers. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a pillow in mid-December. It shipped over three weeks from the order date. I contacted customer service with no response to date. When the order arrived, the product itself is cheaply made and not what was described in the product description on the website. I’d never recommend this company.

I purchased an item as a gift in December and here we are going nearly on a month with no current shipping update. I reached out to their customer service but no response as of yet. Ordered a sensory baby toy as a Christmas gift. Took almost a month to arrive and when it finally got to me it was a cheap plastic thing with a few rubber bits to pull and press. I can’t believe I paid £35 plus shipping, what a mug 😐

Scam company. Cheap products that you end up getting stuck with because the return policy is horrendous. Save yourself the headache and stay away from them.

Awful product. The return policy is a joke and a scam. Items take over 2 weeks to arrive. Stay away from this site! I was not allowed to leave a review of the product I purchased on their site, this explains why everything on the site has 5-star reviews.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy. They are extremely overpriced and take a month to deliver..and if you try to return it will cost you almost as much as you purchased to return.

Item received is not the same as advertised. Sender is Jane from NJ. But for returns, item needs to be sent to Australia. No response from customer service.

Terrible company. They send you package in plastic wrap and when it arrives to your place, it’s all damaged. No answers from the customer service nor refund.
If you buy from this place, it’s guarantee that you will lose your money.

Baby heart monitor arrived after a month (and no replies from Customer Support). I Googled "baby heart monitor Ireland" but I think it came from China. Quality is so-so.

Buyer beware. False advertising. Website/ business owner claimed that baby item is FDA approved- baby item is definitely not FDA approved. Item is low quality.
