Product took 10 days to be delivered…

Product took 10 days to be delivered and baby love it! I needed to talk to Costumer Service and it was great. Jane was helpful when I needed to change mt shipping address. Overall, I recommend Baby Bubble

Ordered a baby pillow and cot bumpers…

Ordered a baby pillow and cot bumpers at the end of August,I'm still waiting they keep responding I have to wait and they can't refund me as they have send the items.
Absolutely ridiculous.
I will keep emailing until I get a decent answer, refund or replace

Do not order from Australia.
I ordered a pram fan, and it has been 1.5 months and I have not received it yet. The tracking system seems like a joke. It says it is in Transit for more than a month with no updates or estimate arrival date.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish ! Im sorry not to check the reviews before i made a order the clothes are cheap looking nothing like on a photo ,i was waiting 22 days for delivery and now i cant return as they system is saying that im out of return window ,i literally received the item today . Dont shop here!

No customer service

I ordered the Breathing Otter which was a total waste of time. It is a knock-off from the original. It is supposed to play music, have white noise and different light settings. There was only one button to on the teddy which only played music and turned the light on at the same time. You could not adjust the volume or change any of the sounds. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to this for my baby. Still waiting for my return to be processed a week later.

TOTAL SCAMMERS

Wish I'd read reviews here before ordering. Delivery to Ireland was always gonna take a few weeks, which I accepted. According to tracking, goods cleared Customs in Ireland on 30th August. Ireland is such a small country, from then it should be only 24 hours til delivery, even by normal local post. But tracking shows multiple midway points on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 7th Sep, and almost a week later nothing more! Last step was Transit to Next Facility 6 days ago. I've messaged the store, and also who I thought may be the courier company but have had no response. It does indeed appear to be a SCAM!!

scam scam scam

I purchased one piece of crib cushion, took 1 month to arrive, but quality was okay.
I ordered the rest of the parts, arrived 1 month later, horrible packaging, horrible quality. I started the return process, I was given the option to keep the item and Get a partial refund. Waited for the next step, no one reached out. Emailed customer service, they told me that if i want a refund, i have to ship my item back to their headquarters in AUSTRALIA, on my own expense because they “ don’t work with shipping labels”
So far, the worst experience with online shopping!

SCAM Item hasn’t Shipped

This website is a scam and I’ll go out of my way to make sure it stops scamming people. I placed an order three weeks ago and the tracking information that appears on their website defers from what shows on USPS’ in which they state they are still waiting for the item. You place an order, they create a label and that is where it stops. Customer service is unresponsive. I’ll be putting a claim in my CC company and will go to the BBB.

TOTAL SCAM

Total scam. I ordered products over 5 week ago. I have tried contacting them but they just send the same email saying it has been shipped but when I enter the tracking number they gave me it says it doesn’t exist. I have asked for a refund but they just ignore it and say it’s been sent. I have no products and I can’t seem to get a refund. Disappointing.

Still not received my package. Customer service won’t respond

I’ve been waiting for my package for 5 weeks now. Even with paying extra for a faster process of delivery. I’ve contacted customer service 3 times with my complaint & to ask for a speeding up of the proces. NO ONE has ever send me a message back. As a business owner myself, I find this unacceptable. I won’t order again.

This place is horrible

This place is horrible. I ordered a baby flat head pillow from them. They took my money but never shipped the order to me. They did provide a tracking number so they could get my money from paypal but the tracking record clearly shows the order was shipped to someplace in california instead of my address in florida. Contacted them several time but reveived zero response. Ended up having to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back. Stay far away from this place to save yourself some hassle and money of course.
