Bababoom is a beautiful store, well set out with all your baby needs covered. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and go above & beyond to help with your decisions… we got to try out all the travel systems and get shown how they work etc which was very useful. I was told pros and cons (depending on my lifestyle, where i live etc) which I found helpful when it came to picking my purchase.
Bababoom price match, which means you won’t find cheaper online and i felt much better paying to a local business rather than an online megastore.
Finally, Bababoom offer to store your purchase (free of charge) until a time that suits you to collect.
Thank you for your amazing help, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I ordered online on a Sunday and then didn’t hear anything until 9 days later (despite paying £7.95 for next day shipping) when I called them to ask about my order. They were lovely on the phone and assured me that it would be dispatched from the warehouse that day (which it was!) but then only part of my order was dispatched and I’ve had no communication about the other half of the order - will it be arriving or is it not available? I guess I have to wait to see if my credit card gets refunded but it would have been nice to have a slightly speedier service (given the postage costs!) and also better communication to know about the rest of the order!

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. When I first visited, the staff told me they offer price matching, which made me feel optimistic. I mentioned that I was heading to the baby show at Earl’s Court March 9th, and they reassured me that they would price match (within a month), for my convenience as they were local.

However, 4 weeks later, when I called to follow up, I spoke with a woman who was quite abrupt. She came up with a silly excuse that was ridiculous claiming that was ‘6 weeks ago’ (it was 4) which left me feeling cheated and undervalued as a customer. I’d now lost the opportunity to purchase much cheaper at the show. It’s so short sighted for them
because I was really hoping to make a purchase there and become a life long customer. Overall, the attitude I encountered was dreadful, and they can’t be trusted so I would not recommend them based on this under hand experience.

I’m a returning customer to Bababoom and the customer service is always 5* whether in the shop or ordering online. I ordered some new pram wheels and the delivery was so speedy. Thankyou!
