Very poor experience at this shop. Initially they seemed to be very nice, friendly and helpful but after they take your order and your money they are quite the opposite. I needed to bring forward my collection earlier as my baby came earlier than 40 weeks so we needed to be prepared. Nothing but issues from there end. I arrived in store after being told my order was in. It was not! I then kept getting by told different stories about my order and when it would be due in, where it was etc. after being told it was in their store ! Never one apology ! Never any ownership of what they did wrong or how they dealt with me as the customer. I could go on! Fast forward to now where I want to transition my baby to the seat pack, I am missing the buckle. To now be told it comes in a cardboard box that looks like rubbish from the packaging! But I was not told this when I received the item. Despite them saying this is a very common issue. I asked why do you not tell us this and they said we try…but instead will happily offer me a new one that costs £50! Of course. Because it means more money from me ! I would not recommend getting from there store. Albeit initially they seem helpful they just want your money. I have had friends also order from here and had nothing but issues ! Very disappointed when this should be a smooth process when you have a baby!

Fast delivery and product as described. Ordered a set of sip cups and my child took to it really well. I ordered the lids and straws along with them but they’re not that secure but I think this is due to the design of them.

Megan was really helpful in helping me and my partner pick our pram. I went back a few days later to purchase this along with a lot of other big items for the baby. Isobel was really patient in helping me order everything and made sure everything was correct. Love that they will hold the items until baby boy is due.

Came in to buy our pram set for our first baby, Megan showed us all the different options and helped us choose what’s best for us. Becky was very helpful too and very friendly. Thank you both for a great experience xxx

My partner and I visited Bababoom today and I can honestly say we were so so happy with our visit and purchases. Isabella was fantastic wanting to know what we wanted and gave impartial and honest advice which was fantastic. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but prices were very competitive and couldn’t find cheaper. It was a very happy visit and I would recommend Bababoom to anyone who was expecting or in market for anything baby related. I will be back to shop again in future for sure.

Missing order.

I ordered on the 19th of July and paid for next day delivery. I had an email to confirm the other but since then NOTHING. I have tried to live chat, email even message the Instagram!! No response still. Very unhappy. I’m not sure yet if I may of been scammed. But I’m very unhappy as this is a well known company and the lack of communication and helpfulness is shocking!

Quality service provided!

Great experience, especially for a first time mom. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The owner and her family are obviously very passionate about their business and it really shows.

My only niggle would be to have lack of seating since I'm pregnant and was tired the day we went in to order, ha ha
