Long wait for delivery
Just reading reviews and want to stare at glimmer of hope. My order took a month to arrive so hopefully some of you may receive your orders. Jeans are lovely. However ‘relax two piece’ is poor quality and when I’ve emailed about a return I’ve had no response.

I fell in love with the sparkly jeans…
I fell in love with the sparkly jeans when I saw them on the website, and although initially hesitant to order from a company I hadn’t used before I took the plunge and pressed order! I quickly received confirmation my order was being processed but after around 2 weeks I hadn’t had an update, impatient as I am I sent a message to the company requesting they cancel my order and refund me. After a few days I received an email validating my frustration and apologising for the delay. They appeared genuine in their communication, and keen to reflect their dedication to customer service by adding a small gift to my order as a gesture of goodwill. I’m pleased to say my jeans arrived shortly after and they are of excellent quality! I’m super duper pleased pleased with them! I’ve asked a seamstress to shorten them a little (I’m short!) for me, and even she was impressed by the quality, high praise indeed! My free gift was also of excellent quality! I’m so

Possible scam website - they do not deliver or reply to emails
*** UPDATE: 7th December and still not received - have had a response by email but have requested a refund as too late for Christmas events. Waiting for refund now. ***
I ordered from the Auravil website and have been unable to contact them since. The item has not arrived, and they do not reply to messages or emails. I believe this is a scam. Avoid - do not be conned like me and some of the other customers who have left reviews.

The company is a scam, you don’t get your order and they ignore your emails.
Update: I find it strange that all the other reviewers also did not get this information regarding shipping times also. I have started a chargeback with my bank as I completely believe that my item will not show up nor will I receive a refund for it from the company. Avoid.
It is also important to note that their Instagram posts all appear to be AI generated.
