Item never arrived - raised a dispute via bank - then received an email asking me to close my dispute then they would refund me ?

I am not one to write a review but I do not want anyone else to have the same experience that I have. I ordered the glint jeans at the start of November. We are now in the middle of December. Apparently 7 days for delivery. I chased my order as the event I ordered them for was getting close. I was told that they had warehouse issues. Was given a new tracking number but this does not work. I have since requested a full refund because I believe that I am not going to receive my order and I parted with £45 for these jeans. Funnily enough, no response to my email and no refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered a sparkly pair of jeans to wear 7/11/25 at a special event as it said delivery 7/10 days, plenty of time I thought, how wrong was I !! Still not arrived and now they are ghosting me!!

Absolute joke this company avoid at all cost !! They take your money dont respond to emails and no tracking information!!!

I am not one to write negative reviews but after being left with no other choice and trying to seek answers on the internet I have realised I am not alone.

I ordered a pair of diamanté jeans a month ago and still not received. I have emailed this company twice for some feedback on the order with no response. I am incredibly disappointed with the service I have received and wondering how I can claim my money back.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ordered from !
Ordered on the 10/10/25 arrived 24/11/25.
Sizing was shocking so requested a return address straight away (24th) its now the 10/12/25 and they still wont issue an address so i can return and get a refund…
Company appears to be some sort of scam 😡

I had previously left a review saying this company were a scam after waiting 6 weeks for 2 pairs of jeans with no communication from the company. But I’ve now deleted that review and wrote a new one to be fair to the company.

Today, my jeans arrived!!

I ordered the light blue and black.

They are good quality, full of diamantés, they have a good stretch like the social media adverts shows and hang really nice.

The only issue is they are too short for me. I’m 5”9 so I kinda expected this. But I’ll get them altered to 3/4 length jeans.

If you’re happy to wait over 6 weeks for delivery with no communication or limited tracking info, then buy them.

It’s a shame because the jeans are really nice, if communication and tracking info was much better and updated more often, this company wouldn’t have such bad reviews!

SCAM...Do not think this is a real company ordered the glitter jeans at the start of November and still not arrived....wish I had read reviews before purchasing them.Contacted customer services numerous times but no reply or an AI generic apology.AVOID!!!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wish we could give a minus figure for the star rating. Have been totally scammed by these jokers. Ordered the glint jeans in November and they’ve still not arrived. No response to emails or social media messages and will now have to try and get my money back via my credit card company.

I was promptly sent tracking information via Shopify which does not provide any info on where my order is.
Contacted the company’s customer service twice no response
Now disputing payment

Same story im afraid. Ordered glint jeans on the 15th November. Today 8th December and no delivery. Received a shipped notification on the 17th November but no update since. Also no reply from Auravil. Ive started a chargeback with my band. Wish I had come to this page first 😪

Clearly a fraudulent company. Having to contact my bank to try and get my money back for the sparkly jeans I ordered on the 14th November. I emailed a couple of weeks after ordering to chase them up to which I had a response saying ‘please allow 4-14 business days for delivery’. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with the lead up to Christmas but it’s now the 6th December and I’ve still not received them. I’ve emailed twice and contacted them through Instagram, chasing them up and asking for a refund, and had absolutely no response. I even snapshotted their policy on the website that states ‘delivery between 4-9 days’ so the 4-14 business days they stated in the first email was blatantly a lie. My shop app still shows my order as being ‘prepared for shipment’ so even though it’s been well past the standard delivery time, it’s not even been shipped. Absolute scam of a company. Just avoid at all costs!!!!

Placed an order on 7th November. Received a dispatch email on the 11th. I have still not received my order, it's now December 4th. I've emailed twice with no reply. Wish I had seen the terrible reviews before I ordered.

Edit: If Auravil can see and respond to these messages on Trustpilot, then why cant't they reply to customer emails, or at least give an easy way to get in touch if they are 'Genuine'
Update: Jeans arrived on December 11th, order placed November 7th. Still no replies to my contact. They look nothing like picture. Online they are full on sparkle, in real life they are hotfix gems. They smell awful. Would not recommend.

Ordered sparkle jeans on 12th November.. emailed two days ago asking for refund as no shipping details on Shop or anywhere.. got a reply back telling me my order was shipped but due to technical stuff the shipping isnt updated.. now Im sorry but this is absurd. Ive started a charge back from my bank. £46 is farrrr too much to loose. Expecting me to wait because it says shipped it’s absurd then telling me i can return once received.. we ALL know it wont be received despite what they say. Its a scam! Ive just had the same with another company claiming to be UK based.. I received full refund from my bank..

Absolutely awful experience. I waited 36 days for delivery, which is unbelievable in 2025. When the jeans finally arrived, they smelled terrible and looked nothing like the photos. Total disappointment.

To make it worse, the exact same jeans are on Shein for £15, yet this company charged nearly £50 for them. Complete joke. Definitely not a company I’ll ever order from again.

Ordered two pairs of glitter jeans on 12 th November and they have still not arrived . Communication is slow and the so called tracking service has not been updated with any information since the 'parcel ' was despatched on 13/11. Website states delivery by Royal Mail which led me to believe delivery would be from the UK and quick . Would have given zero stars if that was an option . Now trying to reclaim payment back through credit card
