An absolute scam - bought 2 dresses in November for Christmas. It’s now January and there has been no communication or delivery but money was taken.

Absolute scam, do not buy! Purchased in November, tracking didn't move past dispatched for 2 weeks. Customer support refused to refund but said they would send the item again. Never received new tracking details, they have not arrived still, weeks later, and no
response from customer service.

I stupidly ordered from this company!!!nothing ever arrived, they did reply when I was chasing delivery but now being ignored when I want a refund!!

We ordered three heated hunting coats for Christmas gifts and never received anything these were ordered on December 10th> We tried contacting them and the page says not working,, scam

Ordered pair of jeans on 8th November 2025 did not arrive. Despite numerous emails I have still not received a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas but they never arrived. I have taken this up with the company who eventually said there was a delay in posting due to Christmas post. I had ordered them the beginning of November. After several emails I was advised a refund would be given. Today I still haven’t received any money back and they have ignored my last 4 emails.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this scamming scumbag of a company!
I ordered 2 pairs of glint jeans in November 25. After 2 weeks they hadn't arrived and the tracking number didn't work.
I emailed them and I got a reply from Lara saying the UK warehouse was restocking and to be patient. After another 10 days I emailed again. This time I had a reply from Liza saying my refund was being processed. Since then ive heard nothing, ive emailed them 7 times since and no reply.
I cannot find them on Instagram anymore and their website is all of a sudden 'no longer available'
Ive contacted my bank but not looking likely I'll be getting a refund as my items were £85, and from what ive read, individual items need to be over £100 to claim.
Im utterly disgusted that these scamming thieves have my money.
PLEASE AVOID DONT FALL FOR IT!
Also disgusted with the IG ads promoting these and with myself for believing this was a 'uk' based company and warehouse.

Ordered a dress early December. Never arrived. Contacted customer support, was advised they would send a new dress. Nothing came. Asked for refund. Said it would take 5-7 days and now the website is down and I can't reach anyone.

I would also give Zero starts if I could. I ordered the Glint jeans @ £47.99 on 15 Nov. No sign of the jeans ever. Various emails to the company with a lady called Laura who agreed to refund the money but I have never received a penny. Now no answers from them at all. SCAMMERS

I ordered a pair of blue glint jeans size 14, back on 11 November 2025, these have never arrived, so I’m contacting my bank to issue a refund
I order lots of things from China and never, ever, have I not received any of them, this is supposed to be British company shame on you, and £46 which I can not afford to lose . I hope you get reported

Do not shop here!!!! I ordered jeans at the start of November - waited weeks for them and they never arrived. I contacted customer service who said they have been lost in transit and I would get a refund. After waiting another few weeks and the refund never arriving I have been emailing customer services but I'm getting no reply and the website seems to be shut down!

I ordered the glint jeans end of November to which they never arrived - to then be told my order was “lost”. I requested a refund via the team over email on the 19th December after emails back and forth. It’s now been 4 weeks since and I haven’t received any sort of refund despite asking for updates and getting no further forward.

Went to visit their website to go over their refund policy again to find their website/store is no longer available. I don’t know where to go from here.

I ordered the glint jeans way back in October, they took 6 weeks to arrive , when they finally did the wrong jeans have been sent, i contacted auravil and they admitted that the wrong item had been sent and promised a return label would be processed for me. Well we are now 13/1/26 and even though i am regularly emailing to ask still there is no label , they just keep fobbing me off with excuses , I fail to see how it can take over a month to process a returns label, these jeans were £46.99 so not cheap, even though the quality of the ones I received is very questionable !avoid this shop at all costs !!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans in October. Received jeans in November and very poor quality!
Both jeans didn’t fit and one pair the button hole sewn up so could not do up to try.
Emailed them for returns label and although i have had responses saying that return label will be sent soon nothing has arrived and they have not refunded me either.
I have sent many chase emails and now no response at all!
Wish I looked into this company reviews before buying from them.
Total scammers! Makes me mad! 😡
