Cost not highlighted enough
Cost not highlighted enough. I thought that the price of $159.00 was the total which I paid. I filled out the information submitted it and now find out that it could cost up-to $800.00.
It's cost me $159.00 as I can't afford the extra cost.

Yes, you are right, you can get the forms from BDM website but these are empty forms. Also, legal terminologies are difficult to understand most of the times. That's why we choose the right forms for the right applicants and fill them without any mistakes. Also, we give you the step by step guidelines which make everything easy for you.
Please let me clarify that how every cent you spend on our services is worth it.
We have a big paralegal team. After you submit a form, it goes to our experts and they review whether you fulfil every condition or not. Then the paralegal team fill all the relevant forms for you and prepare the divorce kit. Then again it reviewed by experts and sent it to you.
Plus you are getting free unlimited revisions and we amend anything for you at no additional cost until you change the application type.
Last but not least, If by any chance court doesn't accept your application because of our mistake, we refund you the full amount and prepare the divorce kit again for free.
So there's a long process and much efforts involved and I would say its really worth it. For the same thing, a lawyer will easily charge you 1000's.

Shocking service
Shocking service just needed an AU address for my divorce really simple stuff. I had completed all forms and emailed customer service twice. Took ages to respond, response was rude and didn't answer my question. My advice apply on line direct with births deaths and marriages unless you want stress and have a never ending amount of time.

I went with this company as it said nothing else needed to be done no having to go to court no more money to pay
What a laugh basically typed out what I put on the questions and then said take to court and pay $900 come on I don’t have that amount of money and if I knew this before hand I would of gone else where.
