All they did was send me the forms
All they did was send me the forms, but I could get them for free from BDM's website. So they charged me money for the forms and that's all they did and they said I had to send them to the courts myself, so no help at all for a lot of money.

Yes, you are right, you can get the forms from BDM website but these are empty forms. Also, legal terminologies are difficult to understand most of the times. That's why we choose the right forms for the right applicants and fill them without any mistakes. Also, we give you the step by step guidelines which make everything easy for you.
Please let me clarify that how every cent you spend on our services is worth it.
We have a big paralegal team. After you submit a form, it goes to our experts and they review whether you fulfil every condition or not. Then the paralegal team fill all the relevant forms for you and prepare the divorce kit. Then again it reviewed by experts and sent it to you.
Plus you are getting free unlimited revisions and we amend anything for you at no additional cost until you change the application type.
Last but not least, If by any chance court doesn't accept your application because of our mistake, we refund you the full amount and prepare the divorce kit again for free.
So there's a long process and much efforts involved and I would say its really worth it. For the same thing, a lawyer will easily charge you 1000's.

I don't have a printer so requested the blank application forms be sent to my address,so far nothing after a week ,I don't seem to have any access to the already submitted all correct information .And am being refused the forms to be sent to my postal address unless I review the given information .This is unacceptable cos means I cannot continue to process my Divorce from Au Divorce.Means unless I get the forms in my mail ,ive paid $159.Aud for nothing !

I would like to request you to edit your review once you'll receive the documents. Also, we will help you in each & every step to submit the papers in the court.
We just wanted you to review the completed (filled) forms which we sent you on your email and verify that if your information written in the forms is absolutely correct! So that in one go we can send you the printed filled forms and then you will then just need to sign and submit in the court.
